I received the order in perfect condition and it was delivered when stated

Easy to order online and to select in-store collection, the process of collection at Biggleswade was slick and well handled.

Excellent fast service.
I did the order on line and within two hours I drove to the Biggleswade store and I was back home - well done Homebase.

I have unfortunately had to return the goods for a refund as a very small part failed. I sought, and received a replacement part from the manufacturer but on fitting this also failed. hence I had to return the goods to my nearest store in Biggleswade.
I would like to point out how good the store’s customer service was - quite brilliant, no qualms no hesitation and such a great difference to the appalling servicer from the manufacturer to whom I also approached. Thank you Biggleswade - you were excellent in comparison to the manufacturer! Furthermore, having now seen the model I chose in the flesh, I now realise I need a lighter version as it would be too heavy for my wife and myself, both being 80-year olds!!

We wanted paint for our lounge & needed 20 litres. This is difficult as your shelves only hold 3 cans. No more stock out the back. There was 2 x 5 litre cans & 3 x 2.5 litre cans in the colour we had chosen. I asked at the till if we could have one of the 2.5 litre cans at £12 instead of £15 as there was an offer on them. 2 for £24. After total confusion at the till and not knowing what offers are on what paint. She put it through without telling me that they wouldn’t do the £12 price, she didn’t want to tell me and only when I queried it she said no they couldn’t do it. It is very difficult to get paint for a large room when there is hardly any cans on the shelf.

Communication should be made easier. Our mower did not arrive and we waited in all day Sat. I couldn’t get through to a voice, just messages and machines. It didn’t come Sunday and I tried again to make contact and left messages here from CSD that they hadn’t been able to find my delivery slot but would be in touch within 3 days. Our machine had blown upon Friday and my husband wanted to get the grass cut before Monday. No such luck. The machine finally arrived on Monday. Not what we expected from Homebase and very disappointed.

Always a pleasure to click & collect at Biggleswade Homebase. The colleagues are always helpful.

Everything I needed was in stock, great advice given on a paint product I was interested in & help given to carry items to my car....excellent service!

Order and delivery next day very prompt

Easy process to use click & collect. Item wasn't available on shop floor, but online said 1 available. Used click & collect and received item within one hour. Glad we tried otherwise it would have been a wasted visit.

Click and Collect so easy. No searching round store to find the items wanted.

I forgot my item at the till and was going to go back for it . When I turned the staff who served me had brought it to the car park. Thank you very much

I did a click and collect and was kept waiting for 10 minutes. I had ordered play sand and when it was brought out it was soaking wet and all the bags were covered in wet sand (leaked through the air holes) which was then transferred to my car!

Easy to order online then pickup was really quick.

Ordered a garden storage unit. Had a phone call to say the one I wanted was not in the store but they would upgrade to a Keter one and refund me 10%.

Found the tiles I wanted on display but not enough of them. Customer services advised they were available to order online with free delivery and 20% off. Very helpful

Ordered online for click and collect and it was ready to collect 15 mins later. Collected with no fuss. All good

The store out that I purchased was damaged. I have repaired the part that was broken so I could assemble it, as I did not want the bother of returning it. Some screws didn't fit so I had to drill a small hole for screws to bite into. Quality not as good as last time I purchased similar from Homebase.

2nd order for a brabantia bin. Impressed with the speedy delivery.
