Found what I was looking for Justin showed me a way better item in ths store!!! Very happy with service provided he was polite professional and very helpful!! an asset to your store

Justin at the kings heath store was really helpful when I was choosing plant pots, he assisted with getting several heavy pots off high shelves and also provided product information. Furthermore he informed me there were more sale items at the entrance which gave me more options to choose from. I ended up buying two large planters and will tell my friend to pop down and have a look at the sale items. Really happy with Justin’s sales support. He was knowledgeable about the bamboo plants when I enquired about them.

I just painted my living room with Homebase durable paint and it’s the best paint I’ve ever used! It goes on smooth and goes a long way! Love love love it!

Thank you to Mandy and Paul for helping me out with the missing bolts from my delivery this morning. Excellent customer service.

It’s great to have a large DIY store / garden centre in kings heath. Staff are friendly. Salim helped me find some garden bark chipping today which were not in the shelf but helped get it from the back so I could finish off my garden project.

I would like to say a big Thankyou to Lox the store manager for going above and beyond when helping out with my order. I was looking for the metro mid grey tiles in a batch number manufactured in the year 2022 due to recently receiving mixed batches from another store. After explaining my dilemma of grout lines not lining up due to up to a 3mm difference per tile. He understood that every coarse upwards was not going to line up with the next wall. He checked all of his stock for and put aside the tiles with batch number I needed which I then travelled across the city to collect. Excellent customer service results in excellent customer reviews and returning customers for future purchases.

I went to home base this morning. I had to send another review because Sharon made me feel so comfortable, the service with Sharon was very attractive to my needs she advised me in a very professional manner thank you so much Sharon. See you soon supper happy.
