Great service with very good products and excellent prices for the quality of the goods.

No I was not at all happy with the 3 lots of bedding that I purchased. Two that I purchased directly and the other via my sister only because Dunelm was unable to fulfill the click and collect order.
I washed the bedding because the initial smell was horrid and when it was placed in the dryer I was inundated with fluff and more fluff. I had to stop my dryer because it didn't reverse
dry and my bedding kept rolling into a ball. The dark blue bedding appear to have lost its sheen. It looked washed out. Anyway that put me off from buying future bedding
from Dunelm.

Easy to order online, quick delivery and love the rug. Non slip underlay really works.

Ordered 2 ivory lamps, received 1 ivory lamp and 1 dark grey. I don’t think the order picker cares. Your price is not competitive any more if I have to visit your store twice to sort one simple purchase, as you cost me too much time. And the last order before this, you sent me a faulty lamp which someone opened and returned to you. Poor service!!!

I purchased a wall mural which had a manufacturing fault. This wasn't obvious when on the roll but was extremely obvious once the mural was hung. The colour was darker on one side of the paper which when hung, then looked liked dark obvious seams running all along the wall. Even though this was an obvious manufacturing fault I was refused a full refund! Will never purchase from Dunelm again!

I was about to order something from Dunelm but before I made payment I remembered to check which delivery company they use. When I Googled it I found that sadly they use Evri. I then immediately removed the items from my basket. Shame.

My husband & I visited the Cramlington Dunelm branch this morning, trying to find a suitable replacement for our broken curtain hooks, and a new clock.
Unfortunately, we were unable to find compatible replacement curtain hooks, so my husband enquired to a passing shop assistant, Rachel, if Dunelm was able to help.
Rachel was very polite and friendly, and extremely helpful. Not only did Rachel explain the situation of standard sizing, she offered to search online for us in an attempt to find compatible curtain hooks. Rachel found some almost instantly and we were very grateful. We took a photo of the hooks she found, and did a search for them when we returned home. The said curtain hooks have now been ordered and are in the post.
Rachel is indeed a credit to Dunelm as she went the ‘extra mile’. We are very impressed with our shopping experience today. Thank you very much.

the boxes were great but a pack of them arrived broken. the woman on the phone was lovely and had another pack sent out. unfortunately it took over a week for them to come so they were a bit late.

Poor, poor, poor! I ordered samples which never arrived. I ordered a roman blind and the chain was too short. I alerted the shop to the issue straight away and 6 weeks later am still waiting for a replacement

Made to measure curtains are not made to measure- only to the "nearest half width" (buried in the t and c- not specified how wide this is), so you may as well buy ready made ones. So I've got curtains that are over size by 80cm for a 250cm pole width, as well as some other faults. Very disappointed as the fabric is beautiful. Not clear what you are actually buying. If I wanted wonky curtains I can do that myself for a lot less money. I would not recommend this service.

The courier lost the item. Initially Dunelm seemed supportive but then stopped doing anything and it has been impossible to contact them - I can't find an email address or phone number and the virtual assistant is useless.

I am still waiting for my item and have had no communication update about my order. Tracking my order hasn’t changed since Saturday and you took the money out of my account five days ago.

Placed order on 12/01/2026. Received email to say delivery on the way and expected by 20/01/2026.
EVRI failed to deliver parcel.
Placed my order on 21/01/2026. Received email to say delivery on the way and expected by 26/01/2023.
EVRI failed to deliver parcel.
Re ordered goods on 03/02/2026 received email to say deliver on the way expected by 07/02/2026.
Eventually the parcel was delivered but unacceptable that it had to be re ordered twice

I wrote what I thought was a fair but critical review. Their product was good but pricey. It arrived on time. Their staff were more than helpful. It may be that their delivery company (DHL) were so bad that they took 'umbrage'. I dunno(!) , but they wouldn't accept my post on their site. Dunelm doesn't like criticism as they refused to allow me to post on their site.

Addis bin lid cannot be purchased to be replaced when plastic securing pin broke, meaning an otherwise perfectly good bin has to go to landfill. Bad move for the environment.

I will not be buying from dunelm ever again. I bought nearly £200 worth of panda bedding but the delivery date was unacceptable not only that I was spoken inappropriately by one of dunelms call centre staff. With that dunelm I have decided to get a refund if I’m going to be treated that way.

everything I order does the job .good quality and good sizes

Great service from start to finish lovely products and a nice array of colours would definitely recommend this to anyone
