A click and collect of x5 84L Really Useful Boxes. My wife went to Branksome to collect. There was no offer of help in taking the 5 boxes to the car and my wife made 5 journeys to and from the store while the assistant just watched! Rather thoughtless.

Fast collection. Helpful staff and friendly.

Liked.... Ease of order and collection.
Room for improvement..... Lack of service despite seemingly available staff.

Items were there when I arrived however customer service were rude, two ladies could only serve one customer at a time.
Te customer before me was collecting a gas bottle, and after she had paid they were having an under breath snipe about her.
They were working “together” one looked up my order, while the other collected it.

Received a phone call to say there had been a problem with my click & collect order that the colour baubles were not in stock but offered another colour. I said I’d accept but would I be able to reject if not suitable, I was told not a problem. Upon collecting the alternative was fine, very pleased.

We recently purchased a kitchen from Homebase Branksome Kuchenmobel and unfortunately, our experience has been horrendous from start to finish.
Firstly, Homebase came out and did all the measurements and it turned out the units were completely incorrect and would not fit in the kitchen we had. This led to a frustrating installation process which was only discovered the day before installation began because we had no measurements, no checklist, not idea of what we were getting from start to finish apart from a few possibilities but nothing actually showing the finished result. So as you can imagine this caused, additional expenses, and a significant delay in completing the project. The Management team initially agreed to pay the additional costs to rectify the problems, they have been stonewalling and have gone back on their word and left us to rectify their mistakes at a cost to us. This shows a severe lack of credibility and very poor customer service, as all the problems were caused by the poor skills of their kitchen department having been to our house on 5 separate occasions. Once to place the order, 2nd time (the next evening) to double check his measurements, 3rd time the day before the kitchen turned up (when they realised the kitchen was wrong), 4th time later again that day, 5th time to come and see what errors there were and they walked away saying they have never seen such errors before and they will pay for all corrections and any extra work leading to this.
Furthermore, the colour of the units delivered did not match the ones selected during the purchase. The discrepancy not only clashed with the overall design concept but also necessitated unnecessary exchanges and further delays as the kitchen comes from Germany so had to be made again. This lack of attention to detail compounded the shambolic situation.
Equally distressing was the customer service we encountered throughout this ordeal. We reached out to the customer service team both instore and head office to address these issues, hoping for a prompt resolution. Regrettably, the response we received was dismissive and unhelpful. It's disheartening to see a company failing to take responsibility for their mistakes and provide the appropriate level of customer support to address the issues.
We believe a company's true measure is not just in the products they sell but in how they handle challenges and customer dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, Homebase Branksome Kuchenmobel fell short in every aspect, in my experience, from product accuracy, site survey and customer service throughout this experience.
We sincerely hope our feedback serves as a constructive critique, prompting the necessary improvements to prevent other customers from facing similar issues. As a consumer, we expected a more reliable and professional service from Homebase Poole Kuchenmobel.
Disappointed and dissatisfied to say the least and the situation is STILL NOT resolved to our satisfaction, have not offered to cover our extra building costs and tradespeople costs. Warning: Please read the contract, which stipulates you are not to remove your existing kitchen until the new one arrives on site, and you have checked it.

Ordered and in less than 30 minutes they messaged to say it was ready for collection , arrived and immediately no waiting the assistant gave it to me. 10/10 perfect

I ordered 2nutcracker soldiers for click and collect, at 4.30pm Saturday 9, i received a message 5 minutes later informing me its ready for collection, then 2 minutes later I was informed that it had been collected, obviously it hadn’t, then I had a phone call, telling me that the items are no longer available and had been withdrawn from stock, not best pleased ,

The order experience was not great. Ordered from one store. Only to find I get a call the following day to say they don’t have it in stock and I’ll get a refund in 3 to 5 days. In this case you should offer free delivery of the item. I then had to re-order from my next closest store and go pick it up. Being disabled this isn’t great. The staff at the store where I picked up the item were extremely helpful though.
