Janos was extremely helpful with helping us pick our garden seating. He was very knowledgeable about the products we were looking at. He was not forceful, trying to sell us something and was always on hand to help.

Very quick and smooth. Looked after my things while I shopped for bulb and packed my things in a cart for me and helped confirm the bulbs were suitable for the lamp. Courteous and helpful. Full marks.

Jade was excellent, directed me straight to what I needed (magnets) and service with a smile. Superb effort :)

I was in a hurry and she help me find the item in a rapid time. I really appreciate the help.

Very prompt process

Nick was helpful throughout the process of designing the bathroom and choosing the fittings. He always responded promptly and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely return based on this experience.

The product looks good in our garden, however was damaged, one of the slats was missing.

On a positive note , The staff who served me very helpful and also helped me carry my heavy purchases out to car. I had purchase one parasol on line , click collect , then decided while in store to buy a second one plus two black bases . Unfortunately on arriving home very disappointed to discover that the two sun parasols are both faulty , missing the cord that is needed to open up the parasol when you turn handle . Will have to return to hopefully exchange . Very disappointed and a 40min round trip required by car ,plus the extra petrol just to return item
