Quick and friendly, not even a little annoyed that I was there 5 min before closing :) Lovely flowers!

Great till experience

Was Easy to Pick up my box and got help taking it to the car. The young man that helped me was so lovely and helpful

Lovely young man called Zayne helped me lift sand to the car. Couldn’t have been nicer.

Great price and super service from the delivery staff

We went in looking for a new lawnmower.
Found what we were looking for but wanted to ask a couple of questions.
The assistant who we found, his name was Oly, was excellent, knew the answers to our questions, and was very helpful, nothing was to much trouble. He was very polite and gave us an exceptional service it was a pleasure being served by him.

Ordered to collect very easy. Went in store and order was ready and waiting

Helped with plants for outdoor planters

Julie (the Customer Service Assistant) was very nice and helpful, patiently waited for me to find the photo of the compost I wanted to buy! Lovely lady, great service :)

Staff was friendly other than a young guy with long ish brown hair as he seemed more interested in his phone than anyone who asked for help… but a lady named Anita (I think) very friendly and knowledgeable helped me find the right tiles for my kitchen.

Would recommend the store to friends and family because the whole experience was put on a 180

What an awful experience I had with Cambridge Homebase, I ordered an item on 8th. March, and was told it would be delivered on the 18th. March, on the day of delivery I rang the shop to find out what time I could expect delivery,I was then told to ring customer services, who told me to ring Homebase delivery, they did not have my item ready for delivery, so I went back to customer service, who told me they would look into this matter, after waiting 6 hours, I phoned back only to be told that my item was out of stock and would be back in stock until mid May!!!, I then phone the shop to tell them I would be cancelling my order.
My advise to anyone thinking of shopping here is to go anywhere but Homebase, totally useless.

Ample parking. Nice layout of store. Speedy service. Good opening hours. Competitive pricing. Wide selection of products.

I was served by Julie at the Cambridge retail park. As I entered I asked for directions for a specific item I was looking for. She knew exactly where it was and gave me very clear and specific directions. I found it immediately. On my way out she served me and remembered having spoken to me and was extremely friendly whilst still dealing with me promptly and professionally. I was most impressed with the customer service.
