Homebase - Cambridge レビュー 

Ashley directed me to where sink plungers were kept as I was in a hurry- he was totally accurate which saved me time- thanks! Unfortunately the size I wanted was out of stock but I made do with a huge size instead!

Was able to return the wrong paint in exchange for a gift card (as I didn’t have the original payment card with me) which I then used to get the right paint.

Received amazing service from Hasna in the Cambridge branch. She went above and beyond. A credit to the company!

It’s a nice store. Lots of choice. Good prices.

Had paint colour I wanted on shelf but had to hunt around a bit for white paint in a different Isle.

Brilliant - would definitely go back 👍🏻

Very efficient and helpful staff. Always a delight to deal with the Homebase Cambridge staff. Thank you!

Went to buy some bathroom paint, found everything I needed finally. Kitchen and bathroom paint is not labelled like it used to be. I had to get a colour chart to see what colour can I was looking for (in Crown paint). Very limited choice of colours available, so went with Dulux. Then had a search for white satin....

Lots of big posters saying second tin of files paint half price. Toby at the paint mixing desk was fantastic and really knowledgeable. He also thought that the advert was true. I bought 6 tins of trade paint expecting three cans to be half price. When I got to the till and they didn’t come up with the discount. Eventually in the tiny small print at the bottom of the poster it was noted that it said ‘excluding trade paints’. This is really misleading and bad advertising!!

Given the wrong order but only realised when I got home. Very irritating.

We brought a sideboard which needed to be bought in from the warehouse. The lady at Customer services was very helpful and kept us up to date with how long it would take. Zaine was amazing. He wheeled the furniture on a trolley to our car and helped my husband lift it in the boot. He was very friendly and helpful 🙂

The staff at Homebase Cambridge are always friendly, approachable and helpful (especially compared to B&Q).

A chap called Ollie. Helpful and attentive- engaged and spoke which is generally sadly lacking in the retail business but Ollie helped me get my lawn mower in and out of my car and fix the issue I had with it. Thanks Ollie!

Experienced very friendly and helpful staff on our recent visit, a lady who was busy in the plant section took trouble to locate the item we wanted despite having g her own work to do, also very nice and friendly lady Julie On the checkout, together with a very helpful young man called Zayne who helped me to load up our car with a large cabinet, and was most courteous and polite, all a credit indeed to your company.

On our visit we encountered a wonderfully helpful
staff member called Jack who spent some time demonstrating how a sofa bed worked, a matter of great interest to us. He then led us the cavernous warrhouse to where a variety of unlinked small items (mop heads, tape measures, rubber protecting feet) were situated - nothing was too much trouble. We would never have found the small items on our own. A colleague of his staffing the till (unfortunately we have forgotten her name) was very helpful to me when I discovered that an existing injury had started bleeding. These two were stars.

Very clean shop, overall experience was excellent. Easy to move around and find what you need.
