Ease of ordering and good choices of laminate.
No problem collecting so pleased with service and will certainly use again.

I ordered two products on line for collection from your Chichester store. Both items indicated as being in stock. I received a call from the store explaining that one of the items was not in stock. Really disappointing.

Prompt and easy collection. Clear website. Best price.

Disappointing, but helpful staff. Disappointing the stock level indication was so wrong. However staff member Martin was outstandingly helpful.

Helpful staff and efficient collection process

Wanted to leave a review to say THANK YOU so much to Nico at Homebase in Chichester. I had my son in a pram as well as trying to push around a large trolly - it was a bit of a juggling act! I was really touched at how he left the till to count the items in my trolly rather than me having to lift them onto the till. Then he asked someone else to help push the trolly to the car for me. That act of kindness made my day. It might have been small but it was not unnoticed. Thank you Nico.

Very easy to do click & collect on line,and Very nice staff in store.

Excellent prompt and efficient service. I received all the updates required. The items I ordered were already in stock at the store in Chichester, and ready to collect when I arrived in store. No queue at the collection desk, friendly and efficient member of staff on the desk. Great shopping experience.

Ordered 10 large heavy garden pots via click and collect. Considering how much I had spent & I was on my own to collect, the heavy fragile pots had been loaded up on to one flat trolley and the surly assistance just pointed at the trolley and said 10 pots, there you are with a smirk! At no time was there an offer to help me get them to the car. It was a very difficult manoeuvre through the shop and I couldn’t even get the trolley past the exit doors, as was concerned they were going to fall off on the uneven ground. I had to carry each individual pot to my car. Just so surprised that Homebase have a couldnt care less attitude - even customers were offering to help! Very dissatisfied with my shopping experience.

Staff seemed to be completely clueless. The two customers in front of us both had two members of staff serving each of them. I have never experienced such a long wait for a click and collect order anywhere. It would have been quicker to have just got the items in store myself!!!!

I went into chichester Homebase to look for plant for my garden as I was looking I straight away noticed a woman following me around I suppose she was the manager ,was I going to put a plant in my pocket or something she made me feel very uncomftable .

Easy to order and collect

I had a full trolley plants and tins of paint. There was one check out open. This was also the returns check out. There was a queue of at least 5 customers. Whilst the Homebase colleague was doing a great job another colleague was sweeping the floor in front of the other check outs.
When she was politely asked by another colleague to go on the other till to help ease the queue she made really rude faces at him behind his back.
I moved over to her till thinking I would be served quicker. Her general manner was that we were a nuisance there was no welcome she was obviously trying to get rid of us. Once I had paid and before I had chance to put my belongings away she shouted over my shoulder for the next customer. She neither thanked me for my custom or said goodbye. I did not feel valued as a customer and that her general attitude towards her colleagues and the public was unacceptable.

I would like to say a huge Thank you to Liam G in the Chichester store who went above & beyond to provide excellent customer service.
He found the item that no other Homebase could find & had it delivered within 1 week,

The staff were extremely helpful and cheerful. I am disabled, and can't lift. A lovely young lady wheeled out purchases to the car and loaded for me.
