Easy to see if items were in stock at my local Homebase, buy online and collect my items next day.

What a wonderful experience at your kingsway store. Both Aimee and Lewis were very helpful. We had gone in to your store in derby chaddesden previously that eveving wanting the 18 inch kamado bbq. When asked if any were in stock we got the reply no, we asked if we could purchase the display model and was told “do you know how long it takes to build these” and the answer was no. We went to the kingsway one and Lewis called Aimee over. Aimee looked online and said they had none in stock and before we could even ask she said would we like to purchase the display one. We agreed. Both Lewis and Aimee were very helpful 100% top customer service from both. Would defiantly go back to the kingsway store over the chaddenden store in future.

The staff in the store at kingsway Derby were so lovely and helpful. The products I have purchased were great on the whole including solar powered lights and lanterns and a fantastic parasol that has a Bluetooth speaker and led lights for an unbelievable price!

We were struggling to find certain items in the store but Ryan came over and asked if we needed assistance and showed us to the correct items. He was very friendly and helpful - a great asset to the store.

Visited Homebase to buy some garden pots. Josh was really helpful in advising about the pots and pointing out some offers. He helped get the pots and compost to the tills and assisted in loading up my car which I appreciated what a great service.

Ryan was a gem Very friendly and helpful

I was looking for an item in store and had to keep checking different ailes to find it, as I am not familiar with this store. I was passed by staff members, who didn't bother to ask what I was after. Had to bring out my phone to search Google and competitor sites, to see if I had the right product. I have done customer service before, and ideally you are trained to be helpful and walk up to the customer to find out how you can assist them, instead of walking past them. This was not a good experience. I love providing user reviews :-).

I called in before being notified my item was ready for collection. Thought I would chance it as I was out and about. Ryan and Jack were very helpful in letting me pick up my item despite this. Both were friendly and helpful. Thanks Guys 08.07.24

Totally brilliant service from Ryan at the Derby Kingsway store today. It was busy and his demeanor and customer service was excellent. So pleasant and friendly, more stores need a Ryan!

Helpful and knowledgeable Garden Centre staff. Needed some sand for a patio base, wasnt sure what was the best product for the job, lucky a Garden Centre staff was available, and was able to solve my query. He also help to load my trolly which was very kind and helpful.

Great customer service. Ryan stopped what he was doing to help us with purchasing a garden sofa and chairs. He was very helpful with a small fault on the sofa and then carried out the products to put in our car to try and avoid arranging delivery. A very helpful and kind man.

We visited the Derby Kingsway today 6th July. We were struggling to find an item but were helped by a lady called Shaney. She went searching for the item and eventually found it. I thought she deserved a mention for exceptional customer service. I had been sceptical about finding someone and she did a great job. Thank you.

I visited the Derby Kingsway Homebase Store today to purchase some paint for a feature wall. I experienced excellent customer service, thank you Beth, Ryan and Paul for all your help in choosing the right colour. It is so nice to have service with a smile, it makes all the difference.

It always helps that there are staff available to ask at Homebase. On this occasion Ryan dropped what he was doing to direct me to what I was struggling to find.

Absolutely shocking customer service from Ryan today. Most definitely will not returning to this store. Very dissatisfied
However Amy did everything she could to put the situation right and resolved everything. I believe she went above and beyond to help.

Got served at the check out by Rachel H and she was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed

Paul and Stephen on shopfloor was friendly and very helpful and Aimee on tills was very friendly and helpful will definitely come again

Not too long to wait, nice friendly lady, very easy to do a click and collect.
