Antonia in store was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful when planning our new kitchen. In fact all of the staff we have met so far at Dumfries Homebase have been extremely helpful and friendly and we will definitely continue to shop there.

It seems that garden furniture online is either cheap and nasty or extortionate so it was good to find that there was some displayed in store at homebase so that we could see the quality and also that it was reasonably priced. Staff were very helpful too showing us how it connected together and different arrangements.

Ordered 20 mins before I turned up at the shop. The product was sitting waiting for me. Staff were very friendly.

Collected a large order. No problems, any faulty items were replaced with no query and delivered free of charge

Phil at Paint Mixing desk gave us some really good advice on choosing the right paint for our project and also advised us of the current deals on offer with regards to paint. His expert knowledge on paint was invaluable to us.
