Great assistant called Peter at Frome branch. Really helpful and good sense of humour. For once a pleasure to go shopping.

Kate at the till was very helpful. Terry also was extremely helpful in helping me find things and taking products to the till and car for me. Wonderful service. Thank you

I visited your store in Frome Somerset this morning to purchase several items on my list. I happen to look over the reduced paint shelves and found a can that suited my requirements but was unsure if it was reduced as it had no price on it. I took it to the paint mixing station in store and asked a member of staff if he could check the price for me, he pointed out to me that someone must had put it the and it wasn’t a reduced item. He very kindly showed me to a shelf were the same paint in a larger can was better value, I thanked him and mentioned that he had helped me before in the store, he has worked in store for a long time and has excellent customer service. His name is Peter.

You say you do wood cutting on your website, but actually can't cut anything but sheet timber. The only reason I bought the wood from you was so I could cut it as well. Now I have a load of wood I have to take somewhere else to get cut

A Very helpful and experienced member of staff helped me. I needed to match some paint and Pete helped me, knowing exactly what I needed and gave me some very valuable advice. I’m very grateful to him for his assistance

Popped into Homebase Frome yesterday for another pot of Heritage paint as we’d run out. Peter was as helpful as ever and quickly mixed a pot up for me as there was none in stock. He’s always ready with a cheerful greeting and excellent customer service.

pete mixed paints for me, and let me help as well. he was very nice and told me exactly what to do, which is extremely helpful since i find it hard to do things without specific instructions. i actually really enjoyed mixing paints, which i didn’t think i ever would.

A well laid out design. We have had the kitchen for 9 months now and everything is still working and looking great. We had a issue with a base unit well fitting a leg and this was resolved immediately at no cost to ourselves. And last week a hinge broke on a corner larder unit. This was also resolved with a new hinge delivered within 3 days. The service has been amazing. The kitchen was really reasonably priced compared to others we looked at and others I have purchased from before. But I would say the quality is easily as good if not better from homebase.

Peter asked whether I needed any help as I was obviously looking overwhelmed. He was amazing, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile and is an asset to your company.

Peter at Homebase in Frome was a great help with our paint. He provided sound advice on paint selection and although the colour we wanted was out of stock, he quickly mixed our required colour. He was also a very friendly and humorous guy. Will definitely look for him to assist next time.

Great service did my shopping online click and collect. When I arrived gave the order number to a polite and friendly member of staff and he wheeled the whole order out to my car and even loaded it for me.
What a good job done.

I tend to order via click & collect because it is less hassle for me. On two consecutive days I used. On the second occasion, with no stock in the store Becky, who had picked both orders, substituted another product which was a better solution. Polite, courteous and very helpful.

Items easy to find and good choices . Cashier very knowledgeable and friendly

Bought a festival trolly in Froom for Glastonbury, got to the festival, opened the box up, and half the pieces were missing and I could see that the item had been pre used. Absolutely livid!
