Having received a text to collect, I arrived at the store 30min later to be greeted by someone who might be better suited to being in the stockroom and having to wait some time for my order to be brought to the collection point. Nobody asked for an order number or proof of ID

I’ve been to Frome Homebase a few times to source supplies for a few home improvements. Each time I’ve visited the ever helpful Dan has been there to help me find what I needed in no time at all. Thanks Dan! Keep up the good work!

Stock levels not representative of actual stock as usual. Also didn't receive text to let me know items were ready for collection. But I did receive text to say that some items cancelled from collection order. Standard for Homebase. They must be trained by b&q.

Excellent customer service from Pete at the Frome Homebase. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We were a little confused in regard to what paint we required. Pete asked if he could help and we were so pleased he did. What a great person to have working for your company. A veteran soldier that knows how to treat people.

Visited Homebase in Frome to buy paint. Peter gave excellent Customer service - very helpful and knowledgeable, closely matching an old paint sample and advising on wood treatment. 10 out of 10.

Click and collect so easy and so quick today

When I couldn't find the item in store (and it was saying 15 in stock) I approached a store colleague who was very helpful. In the end 3 members of staff looked for me and Bob did a tremendous job of finding the item. What amazing service, thank you so much.

Waited a long time as there was only one person serving. There was other staff just walking around seeing I was waiting and not even asking if they could help.

Went looking for paint and came away with everything we needed.
Peter on the mixing counter was engaging, funny and helpful at the same time 👍

Just had to buy paint for a big job - Peter was great - explained colour match - when we went for brand and non brand )we did both) and how to ensure I get a match next time - also a few Tommy Cooper jokes thrown in - so enjoyed my visit today at Homebase Frome - I may become a diy fan

The signage is poor. It was hard to find what I came for: the garden tools and machinery and the masonry paint. I could not tell that the key cutting machine was in service - it looked tucked away and out of use. There was very little choice of hedge trimmers. Homebase's own brand tools and equipment are not up to the standard I had expected. I did spend nearly £150, but I didn't feel it was good value.

We had a man named Peter help us and he was fantastic, we have never had better service in a DIY store. The products we needed were available and it was a very good experience.

Everything ran smoothly, all items were available and staff aff were great
