Didn’t have my order item

We were looking at mowers the sale assistant Terry was amazing… he went over and above, was very helpful and knowledgeable…the member of staff on the till was also very helpful… a great experience

I had a new kitchen designed with Jason at the Frome branch. He was awesome. It wasn't easy for him as my budget was tight and unfortunately changed in the middle of the process. Jason was so helpful and thorough and did everything he could to problem solve, get what I wanted and bring the cost down as much as was possible. He was friendly and patient and really helpful. Jason is a credit to Homebase and I was able in the end, thanks to him, to get something I will be happy with. Thank you Jason.

Extremely helpful and efficient staff called Peter who helped me with paints.

We were very impressed with the service and attitude of Ian who helped us purchase our
Patio furniture nothing was a problem to him including organising delivery to Wareham Dorset from the store in Frome a very nice and professional chap

Today I was assisted by a gentleman named Bob and served by a lady named Linda in the Frome store. I must pass on my gratitude for the kindness and willingness to help, both persons demonstrated today. Generally I shop on price, however on this occasion I was happy to pay Homebase prices as the service provided by these two members of staff was well above that expected. If there is a staff rewards based recognition program, then both are deserving of recognition for outstanding customer service.

Easy and simple process to use, quick service, staff is fantastic, helpful and friendly, products are of good quality and with good and competitive price rang, great value, will shop again.

Pete from the paint department was so nice and very helpful. He made our shopping experience very special. Many thanks.

Friendly staff dealt with my click and collect order efficiently and gave great customer service.
I orderded a Keter 6x4 Darwin Shed which Ian delivered to my car. I got my measurements out of kilter and optimistically thought the shed would fit in my car (flat pack). Fortunately Ian used some lateral thinking and helped me get the flat pack shed in my car with the seats down and with some creativity. Ian went above and beyond when it comes to customer service and is a credit to his store. Thank you for your help.

I came to buy a lawnmower on 11 April 2024 and needed some assistance. I knew which mower I wanted but couldn't manage to carry it. Terry assisted in carrying the box to the till and also carried it to my car for me. I tried to scan the QR code but nothing happened as I am elderly and not tech savvy, but I wanted to thank him for his patience and assistance. Many thanks Terry..

Pete was absolutely brilliant. My child has autism and some other related problems and being allowed to help mix her own paint for her own room meant the world to her. He was patient and friendly. He helped find the other things on our list and was overall brilliant. Will happily visit again, he just made everything so easy and fun.
Kate at the checkout was also brilliant and friendly- a great team all round!
