The goods were ready for collection as advised.

Thank you to Sue at the Till and Sam who helped me load a long piece of patio wood (8ft) into my car. He figured out how to put the seats down etc and then manoeuvred the wood and weighed it down. Made my day, thank you Sam with the long multi coloured pony tail 😊

Click and collect very easy, but assistance at store was lacking even though the store was not busy. We got no help to transfer heavy items to the car and had to ask where the store exit was. The location of the store is not good and entrance from the road not well indicated, signs heavily overgrown with trees and bushes. Location and access of Loughborough store was much better and staff were more helpful there.

Called within an hour of arrival. Very polite and 2 very helpful delivery men.

Purchased a sovereign petrol lawnmower in July 2023. Used it maybe 8-10 time and left it for 3 months over winter. When I went to use it again it was faulty, would start and cut out. Called the warranty team and they are probably the most useless people I’ve ever spoke to. I raised a ticket with them expected a call back in a few days but after no call back I called again and once again raised a ticket and few days later no call back so I called again this time wanted to make a complaint but apparently they have no way of my complaining and no manager available for me to complain to all they offered was to raise ANOTHER ticket, basically there all incompetent. So I decided to Call the store direct and spoke to the Manager called Richard from the Leicester putney road branch. This guy knows how to do his job within 5 mins my issue was resolved and I now have a new lawnmower and to no surprise I am STILL Waiting for a call back on my 3 tickets I raised which apparently had been escalated each time. Thanks Richard TOP BLOKE. The warranty team need sacking asap . The girl I spoke to put the phone down me. If it wasn’t for Richard it would of been the last time I visited Homebase but now I’ll happily go back again

I came two days running for lots of lawn turf and bags of compost I can't carry. Richard, the store manager, cheerfully helped me pick what I needed and loaded my car on both occasions, despite some dreadful weather. All the staff are cheerful and helpful. I can't recommend this store highly enough x

Easy to collect from click and collect. The staff were very helpful especially Liz who also helped me load the Lawnmower Into the car would use the click and collect service at the Leicester Homebase.

Came into store to buy 2 greenhouses. The staff were friendly and helpful and assisted me with all my queries. I will definitely return!

Click and collect works really well. Everything ready to take. Then we popped in to have a browse bought some plants to rescue on clearance. Friendly service

Bath panel arrived early and in the slot slot advised . It did not fit my bath but I took it back to my local store and there was no fuss and they refunded monies prompted

I ordered a Triton shower head in the morning and they had it in stock, and collected on the same day after work in the evening which was absolutely amazing as they close at seven.
