Ordered a click and collect garden parasol and compost before 10am Sunday morning and picked it up by 11am. Already on a trolley waiting for me- hassle free.

Kevin in click and collect was great from Leighton Buzzard, really helpful and large store with great stock! Would recommend:)

I took a lawnmower that I purchased 3 months ago that had broken. I had no receipt but with minimal information the member of staff managed to locate my purchase on their internal system and replaced the damaged one with a new one. The member of staff was fantastic throughout I couldn't have asked for better service you should be proud of her

Great customer service today! I was struggling with an overloaded trolley and Abbie, who was on the tills, saw me and immediately asked for some help. Jamie came over and then stayed with me and helped me to the car. Thank you very much for going above and beyond.

Fast and efficient method of ordering from the local store.

Needing turf at the last minute, I wasn't too sure of the quality of the stock available. Luckily, it was exactly what I needed. I would happily by again.

More importantly, at a time when good customer service isn't really expected and bad experiences almost accepted, the staff at this branch totally changed my opinion.

The were exceptional from the get go. I needed 36 rolls of which they happily assisted. The young lad Jamie being particularly helpful. With the aid of Matt and Darren who also made the purchase so much easier!

14 slabs ordered. 12 only on trolly for pick up. Lucky there were two more in stock. Got home with slabs and one just broke in half in my hands. Not a happy boy !.

Met a young lady today called Abbie who was very helpful and polite. She was working on the tills but still had time to tell us where the compost was and explained we would need a trolley from out the front of store as there was none out in the garden section due to the busy bank holiday Monday. A pleasant professional assisant your shop should be proud of.
