We bought a Rowley Garden set a couple of weeks ago & on Fri went to move the table to another position in garden for a planned BBQ at the weekend. To our horror, as we went to lift the table, the glass top made an awful tinkling noise and just shattered - no table and no BBQ!
Spoke with Mandy at the store this morning and explained what had happened. She called me back as promised & a replacement table was ready for us to pick up later. Just returned from store pick -up. Many thanks for all your help. May even be a BBQ invite heading your way!

Great service from Jerry/chris at the Market Harborough store. Polite and jolly, great ideas suggested alternatives as I couldn't find exactly what I wanted . Helped myself and another customer with planters that were stacked awkwardly and continued help at till.

The delivery estimate at 12 no communication from delivery company now 1pm and not arrived
Their tracking is not working do you think as customers once we’ve paid we are of no relevance
Your communication is way off the mark

Now checked the delivery and it is completely the wrong table and chairs
What an appalling experience of Homebase
They are now picking all up and I have cancelled the whole experience has been a disaster from start to finish!!!
Never and I mean NEVER AGAIN will I buy anything from #Homebase

Had a kitchen design and order by Chris at the market Harborough store but had a problem with the work tops but Chris was soon on it and got it sorted out very quickly

Ordered a kitchen and getting worried by the comments I am seeing below. Trying to arrange a delivery date. (Missed a few of their calls as I can't always answer at work) Anyway rang back a number of times - first time 20 mins wait and i gave up, second time 15 mins i gave up and now currently on 52 minutes as I speak and still waiting. Homebase - you may lose future sales if the service is like this? I will give more feedback once I have had delivery???
As a follow on - homebase have been v helpful following the above feedback so credit must be given to them for a such a rapid response

Really helpful staff. Last two visits felt staff went out of their way to provide advice and suggestions on most useful product. Felt liked they genuinely cared

Ready on time - on a trolley. Friendly staff, up for a laugh. Most of them are at this branch ;o)

Had a click and collect from here, no prior warning that there is a parking charge and had to pay for 2 hours of parking to be in store for only 2 minutes. Quite disappointed that this is not mentioned before placing an order online. There are a few spaces marked free for 30 minutes but these are not clearly marked and none were available. Will go somewhere more convenient in future.

I was served today by 2 lovely young people … and one assisted me to the car with my order, so helpful and couldn’t do enough to help me. It was a pleasure!

So easy to place the order with great updates regarding progress through to ready for collection.
What made it even better was the amazing customer service provided by Miles at the collection desk.
