Homebase - Orpington レビュー 

In the world we live in today it is so rare to receive outstanding customer service, the above and beyond kind of customer service. Brigitte Bishop is this type of individual. It's when unforseen things occur, when you know that you are in good hands. 10/10.

Great till the end. Despite being made redundant the staff were helpful polite efficient. They're doing a fantastic job despite some customers tearing their heads off verbally as either the discounts aren't enough or the zero returns policy. Neither are the staffs fault they're doing their very best in grim times and all suffering fear of the future in terms of work and finance esp in a cost of living crisis. We add to. Their burden and make their smile harder while their already struggling enough. I saw one man in distress in Catford homebase because of a customer I'm sure we can be kinder.

Homebase I'll miss it I've spent alot of money in it because I like the shop the parking, the ethos the ability to see what I'm buying to make an informed choice when I choose my stuff and the ability to touch. I hate that we're working to a cashless long distance relationship with our shopping. I imagine homebase will appear online. The items I bought today as usual were in great condition. I didn't get much discount but I got what I wanted so was happy. The girl serving looked interested she was personable and dressed in seasonal wear which despite how she must be feeling was a lovely thing to see. I'm very greatful

We bought our new bathroom basin, toilet and cabinets with Bridget Bishop at homebase in Orpington in june 2023. The bathroom has sloping ceilings in two directions, so was it was difficult to accommodate the furniture, but Bridget helped us to come to a good solution.

Kerryanne was helpful and handled the queries regarding the future of the store well when obviously her own job was at risk

Nice to have such a helpful staff members to give assistance without having to ask

Kerry Anne at the customer service desk was extremely helpful when I placed an order for paint today, even though she had to also deal with voices in her headset - so patient and friendly!
Homebase had the best prices for Farrow & Ball, hence our visit today but based on the great customer service we'll be back.

The staff were very good . The young lad on click & collect . Very understaffed but they worked to all customers orders very well whilst I was waiting as well as customer coming up for queries & staff who put on tills with no knowledge that John & young lad better very helpful as experienced with my own retail knowledge. Well done . Put more staff to help to build your business up .

Kerry at Homebase Orpington was super helpful and efficient. She helped sort out the farrow and ball paints that I wanted and put through an order for me as some weren't in stock. Explained everything really well. Really good service.

Attended Orpington Homebase today as order of wallpaper was wrong. Dreading it as it can be stressful at customer care but Kelly who assisted us could not have been more professional, friendly & just a joy. She is a real asset to Homebase or anywhere that she would work.
