Great costumer service from Kayleigh from the front desk.

Website easy to use. Great prices. Easy collection. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Miserable lady on customer service desk never smiles never greets look at you with hate eyes, why do I need to spend my money in this store.

Very easy and efficient service. Product was brought to me and I was helped out to car with it. Great customer service.

The high temperature highlighted a need to 2 tower fans. It took 5 mins ro order these on Homebase and 1 hour wait to collect! Just brilliant.

My order was ready for collection and the pick-up process was simplicity itself. The staff were polite and friendly and the whole experience was a pleasure.

Didn't have to wait too long . Staff were very quick and the hedge trimmer was in my possession and on its way home.
Unfortunately within an hour I had sliced through the cable and that was that 😂
I do recommend Homebase however, excellent staff. Just don't ask me to cut your hedges

Kitchen designer- Nathan at Cowley oxford branch!! Helped me all the way with designing my kitchen and as I’m fussy and very particular in what i wanted, Nathan was extremely helpful and patient all the way, trust me if you want a kitchen head to Homebase I’m

Spotted a set of dining chairs on sale at a discount, and checked stock at local store which showed two sets available. Happily placed order - only for a voicemail to be left an hour later to say they actually hadn't got the chairs in stock.

Now website does say stock levels "may change quickly with high demand". Whilst that makes sense, I checked the stock level again 24 hours later. Surprise - the website still shows the same two sets in stock. Now convinced I'd actually seen the chairs in question, I cycled to the store, and spotted the two sets. Went to the customer service till and outlined my confusion. Spoke to Andy, who had left the message, who explained that the chairs in question were ex-display, hence not new.

Looked at the chairs, and was happy with the condition, so Andy agreed to sell them to me at a discount, to reflect the ex-display condition.

So the stock management certainly needs some attention, but the situation was rescued by a very helpful Andy in store.

We had a faulty Powerbase lawnmower de4lived so contacted Homebase at Horsepath and the gentleman was positive and pleasant asking us to return it and a new one would be issued.
This we did the next day and we couldn't have had a better experience with the manager? being helpful by locating a new model and carrying it to our car. All with a pleasant smile and attitude.

Carl was an amazing support in buying a barbecue today as my husband is disabled.

Friendly staff, but only gave it 3 stars as parking horrendous. Had to buy some top soil so needed to drive, had to wait 10 mins for a parking space, apparently due to students from nearby Brookes Uni accommodation halls parking their cars there! Spoke to Homebase staff who are hoping for parking time limit to be put in place.
