Homebase - Romford レビュー 

My wife & I are extraordinarily impressed by the service we received from Lesley Green, the kitchen designer at Homebase Romford branch. She produced a design that was exactly what we wished for, even though we were rather fussy in what we wanted. We were particularly struck that before our second visit, to finalise & arrange payment details, she had a surprise in store by including a very special feature we had mentioned but not specifically requested.. It was all done with much good humour and proved a most enjoyable experience.
Without any doubt she offers the sort of 'above & beyond' level of service that tops what you would find anywhere else. Thank you, Lesley!

Not only was she incredibly helpful with my immediate needs, but she also took the time to enlighten me about various other products available in the store.Her knowledge and willingness to explain made my shopping experience seamless and enjoyable.

There was a friendly, smiling security guard on the door who told me where i had to go to collect my order. Then another staff member saw me stood outside the click n collect area, and asked me my surname and what id ordered. He then started to bring out my 3 shelves, and suggested i grab a trolley, which i went back to get, and the same siling friendly helpful guard went outside shop and got me a trolley bless him. Then i went back to click/collect area and the nice hellful man there put them on my trolley for me 😁. It was a very pleasant experience. And i felt cared about and valued as a customer (quite rare these days in retail sadly)! Hats off to them both, thankyou 😁👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍👍

Janet from the Romford branch was extremely helpful in helping me choose the product. She looked up various products so I could compare them and checked which ones were available in store. She also priced matched the item so it was the same price as the one I found on line. First class service!

The toolbag was a well-received Christmas present!

Hi i pick up the Christmas tree all went well only to find the tree just over 5 Feet not the 6-7 foot as advert said

Ordered for click and collect. After collecting the item security stopped me for receipt order number etc for no reason. He saw me while collecting the item from the collection point and even he was so rudely behaved in front of tons of people. Also he was on his personal mobile too.
Never visit this store also for other reasons. Dirty
