I had a very lovely and pleasant member of staff, who greeted me with a smile, and sorrted my order and purchase out very professionally

Quick simple ordering, notified when ready, ready very quickly, collection took around1min. All ready in a trolly, as heavy. Helpful polite staff. Very pleased. Great prices on horticultural, gritsand, sand, and grit/gravel. Happy customer.

Easy to order online and quick to collect from local store

When I presented my order number, they said, wrongly at first, that someone had already collected it. But they hadn't. I am delighted with what I bought and will order through click and collect again.

Ordered 4 tins of paint for collection which online advised were in stock, however received a phone call to say only 2 were available. It was nice to get the call advising but at the same time it was a shame the stock levels weren't correct at the time of ordering.

Click and collect was very easy. Regular communication from Homebase with updates

We recently ordered a kitchen from Homebase, and initially, everything went smoothly. Megan, the saleslady, helped us design the kitchen and provided her contact details, assuring us that we could reach out to her with any questions or concerns about the order.

However, when we needed assistance 1-2 weeks later, the experience took a turn for the worse. Our fitter had some questions regarding the design that required Megan's input. We tried reaching out to her multiple times via email and phone, leaving voicemails, but received no response. We even contacted the shop, who promised to pass on the message, but unfortunately, we never heard back from Megan.

We are extremely disappointed with the after-sales service and the lack of communication. It feels as though we were left on our own once the sale was completed. We hope that Homebase will address this issue to prevent others from experiencing the same frustration.

Brilliant staff. Nothing is too much trouble. They seem to enjoy looking after customers. We were helped in our quest for an item, the staff member checked that it was in stock, and then went and got it for us.
The checkout cashier was a lovely lady called Jane. Again, so helpful and took time to talk to us.

Customer service lady was just great, quick efficient service, I would recommend this store in Sheffield, never been to this store before but I have been 6 times in 3 weeks and I live out of the area and my solar lights are fab

The staff are amazing!! I ordered a garden sofa set online click and collect. Got there to pick up only to be told I’d ordered from the wrong store! Fortunately they had what I was after in this branch (just delivered that morning) so Ethan and Robin on the customer services desk sorted it all out for me. They could not of been more helpful!! Absolute credit to your business Homebase….. I hope you have a bonus scheme as the staff there totally deserve recognition?! The store was spotless and very well laid out. We won’t hesitate to go back there. Good job chesterfield road branch! 👏🏻👏🏻

Great shopping experience. From ordering via ‘click and collect’, to picking up my purchase, everything went like clockwork. The staff at Sheffield, Chesterfield road branch are always helpful and friendly.
