Shop and staff excellent. Product arrived on time. Unfortunately the garden trolley was poorly made and faulty and overpriced for the awful quality

Carol (in her green wig, raising money for Macmillan) on checkout was very friendly. I was able to find what I wanted quite easily. Store is looking a little tired, however.

I visited the Upton, Wirral Homebase store on Saturday 29 6 24 to discuss an issue with a lawnmower. Ian, who works in the Gardening Centre, helped me out in a practical and commonsense way. I am sorry to say it frankly would have taken weeks going through the laborious online/third party method suggested by the Customer Services Call handler. I came into store explained the issue to Ian and he sorted it. Thanks Ian it is appreciated!

Carol had green wig on for McMillans, she was lovely, helpful and friendly.

From start to finish, our design Consultant, Aneta, made the daunting process so much easier. It can be confusing and a bit overwhelming, but with guidance we made it. Help with style, colour, texture, fittings, what was possible, what not. The computer generated pictures brought it to life, making any changes possible. We're delighted with the quality and the layout is easy to use. I love it.

Carol in the Upton store very helpful, friendly, polite - great service

Bought a fitted kitchen from Homebase less than 12 months ago and fine cracks have appeared in the finish on a couple of the cupboard doors along with some swelling/bubbling along the bottom edges. Spoke to customer service who advised us to take it up with the particular store. Rang said store & left a message. Just over a week now and still waiting for someone to call us back. I guess we’ll just have to call again!

Product not available as new when we went to collect. Had to have ex display bites, no box to pack it in.

I was offered an upgrade as the item I ordered was out of stock, although your website showed plenty available. Excellent service. Thank you.

I am now in the third week of waiting for a kitchen to be fitted. The reason for this is primarily because Homebase Upton did not supply worktops and cabinet doors on time as promised.
Numerous calls and email requests many of which were not answered have left me still without a finished kitchen. I readily accept that problems occur. However due to lack of communication as an example worktops arrived nearly two weeks late. I requested to speak to a store manager but have had no response so far. I am bitterly disappointed with how the customer service element has been addressed and would not recommend this store to anyone looking at a new kitchen.

Ordered click and collect. Collected inside an hour, in and out of store in 3 minutes. Friendly staff.
