The order was ready for me and the person dealing with me was very courteous and polite and friendly, very efficient service all round

Recently went to homebase to purchase some of the midnight aurelian tiles, unfortunately homebase don't keep much stock at stores. Fortunately for me Kathy from the stroud/worcester stores went out of her way to get stock to the worcester store, as she is normally based in stroud she literally picked the stock up from two other stores on her route to worcester. Honestly can say she is an absolute asset to your team!

Bought equipment for two bathrooms and Katie looked after us exceptionally well. Very pleased with all the stuff and looks great now it’s installed.

Katie in Bathstore was very helpful and professional, guiding me through the product ranges on offer and explaining all aspects of my order. Would certainly recommend Bathstore in Homebase Worcester to any of my friends who may be looking to purchase bathroom products. Well done to Katie for such a professional service.

I did a click & collect order, ordered 4 coloured solar hot air balloon lights, I was given to 2 orange ones & 2 coloured ones, complained so they had to go to the warehouse to looked for them which took about 20 mins, so who ever does the orders in future make sure you have the correct items what the customer ordered before you message ready to collect.

Rude and sarcastic at the service centre.

We bought a new cordless lawn mower. Two female members of staff were excellent but the company that deals with problems/warranty 3rd were worse than useless. We hope very much that we NEVER have to deal with them again.

Paisley was extremely helpful and friendly when advising us on the correct products for our home renovations. Overall a great experience.

very good customer service

The delivery went to an address that was not mine. I was sent proof of delivery, a photograph of a door that is not mine, and no number visible. No idea where my furniture has gone. Homebase customer service have been terrible, just make it up as they go along as to what the process is for missing delivery items. 5 days after delivery, I still don't know where my items are, and no one has contacted me. Would not recommend or use again.

Wanted some laminate flooring & the gentleman we had a chat with was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed.

Very friendly helpful staff nothing was too much trouble.

Useless. Click and collect online for farrow and ball buy 1 get one half price. Was text to say order was ready, then an hour round trip to find out the store don’t even stock one of the paints.

Having been told by customer services to contact the store if I had a complaint I went into Homebase Worcester this morning. I purchased a Miri Wooden Garden Sofa Set which was purchased last year. The wood on it has become faded, and warpt and looks like is years old? ( The item has only a 2.6/5 review!) I took photo evidence of the set and explained to the assistance my cause for complaint. She ask a supervisor to assist who couldn't without seeing the manager, she went to see him and came back and offered me an exchange only and I would have to return the item. Because there was no alternative available online she offered me a refund but I still have to return the item, before a refund would be available to me as it was my responsibility to do so. I only have a small sports car so if I hire a van perhaps I might be reimbursed for the cost ( not lickey )This item is not faulty according to the manager as its been left out in the rain??? It's an outdoor patio set???which was covered during the winter!
So very disappointed with the service, all they wanted to do was avoid a refund at all costs.

The staff were very helpful and willing to help showing all the models which was suitable for my needs.

Brilliant customer service, the staff were really knowledgeable and helped me with a product that I was enquiring about.
One staff member in particular Paisley was so helpful, and conducted herself really well.
So kind and lovely, very thankful for her for making our DIT project so much easier by helping us get everything we need.
