It's in beautiful countryside. The room are very modern and nicely decorated. The massages are very professionally done by the exceptional therapists Lisa, Melissa and Gemma. The food is yummy and only a 1000 calories. There is alot to do. Lots of classes and a hot and cold experience spa. I went on my own. It was great to meet some interesting people. I would recommend giving a try.

I stayed at homefield grange last year but sadly could not revisit this year as hoped. I ordered the 5 day detox package which provided the exact diet I had during my stay. Smooth delivery, easy to follow, and great results. I slept well, had more energy and one surprise was that my biometric scales measured a large increase in my protein levels (something as a vegetarian I struggle with). If you can’t manage a stay (which I highly recommend) give this a go. I also lost 5lbs 😊

I decided I needed to refocus on what I was eating and thought there was no better way than to start with a detox. Homefield granges detox in a box is one that I would highly recommend. From the fabulous quality of the juices and soups to the tasty little daily protein snack, you immediately start to feel cleansed. The motivational videos are a great support and the daily planner is easy to follow and ensures that you stay on track. I lost an amazing 7.5lbs in 5 days but more importantly for me, my energy levels and focus has improved.

Having stayed at Homefield Grange in October, I purchased the Detox in a Box which was at a special lower price which made it more reasonable. It was harder to detox at home but everything was well prepared and marked up together with a daily planner. I stuck to it for the 5 days and lost a pound a day and feel less lathargic and bloated.

A friend recommended Homefield Grange to me. This is my second break here and I cannot recommend it highly enough. A great way to reset mind and body. Peaceful surroundings. Wonderful spa. Excellent food. Comfy rooms. I am a fussy creature but cannot find a thing to fault.

This is a first rate place. There is none of the posturing and posing associated with health spas yet everything is honed to perfection. The food is delicious and I never felt hungry. My third visit over the course of a decade; feel the pounds building up and I book into Homefield.

This was my second visit to Homefield Grange and it felt like coming home. I was relaxed from the moment I arrived and the staff greeted me with a welcome back gift. The food was delicious and spa treatment felt wonderful. I’m sure I will be back again soon.

Never been to a wellness retreat before (actually never even been to a Spa). Homefield Grange is incredible. The agenda is full on, but in a good way, with exercise, treatments, spa activity (cold followed by hot followed by cold etc - it's addictive). I'm writing this whilst still here doing the 7-day Ultimate New You package and decided on the juice only option, rather than the light diet. However you can switch between options whist your here and I've decided to switch to the light diet for my last day as the food looks so good I don't want to leave without trying it. A lady left today who'd done the light diet all week and lost 13lbs! Every member of staff is professional, attentive, friendly and knowledgable in their specialised field - from the treatments to wellness talks to the helpful general staff. There are two chefs (Tommi and Tons) whose daily demo's are not to be missed. The rooms are beautiful, the setting is stunning, it's discreet and allows you to focus on you. It has an alpine vibe. The founders Suzanne and Hans have managed to find the perfect balance of a programme that focusses on you, educating you without forcing it down your throat. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

I have been to Homefield Grange several times and it gets better each time! Fabulously caring team to look after you on your detox/weight loss journey, with a beautiful spa and out of this world treatments. The food/juices are freshly made everyday and are both satisfying and delicious. I highly recommend the Homefield Grange journey which is virtually guaranteed to give you results whatever you are looking for.

I have been here six times and keep coming back every year for a reset. I have tried other places but none of them have matched up for the cosiness of the rooms, the food - whether you are on the juice diet or the light diet - the talks and demonstrations, the exercise offered daily followed by walks and the great spa and treatments. The staff are truly lovely and the location very convenient. You will not be bored and will come away a new person

A completely faultless experience in every way. From the information and contact before booking, through the booking process and the retreat itself, Homefield Grange is perfect. The expertly curated programme is incredibly well thought-out; there is nothing that hasn’t been considered.
The therapists are real experts in their fields and every single treatment is excellent.
Chef Tommy is so creative and knowledgeable with all the juices, dishes and talks. Nicola who looked after us at dinner time was exemplary and Leeanne is a brilliant trainer who helps you get the most out of every work out.
Nothing is too much trouble for any member of the entire HFG team. They are all incredibly caring - true professionals in their fields.

My second stay at Homefield Grange is as blissful as the first. Recuperative, restorative it is the perfect place to recalibrate. My visit was designed to tidy up mind and body at the end of a difficult year; the Homefield Family have succeeded with aplomb, kindness and fabulous hospitality.

The quality of everything here cannot be faulted; the therapists are at the top of their game; the fitness folk on top form and gently get you there, too. The chefs are accomplished, their demonstrations entertaining as well as informative and the food is simply delicious- whether you opt for juice-only or a light diet.

Homefield Grange is set to be a regular feature of my year. Once experienced .... you cannot go without!

We have had a lovely reviving stay at Homefield, all the staff make you feel so special and there is not anything that is too much trouble.
