The delivery driver was solo for a 2âŠ
The delivery driver was solo for a 2 man delivery. So I had to help with 3 very large, very heavy boxes.
The amount of packaging was extreme.
One strand of rattan was broken on the rear of the sofa, so had started to unravel. The product is good, but the broken strand is very disappointing.

Vicky in customer services was absolutely fantasticânothing was ever too much trouble, and she went above and beyond to help with every enquiry. Five stars for her!

Superb service, had a phone call before delivery day confirming delivery. I was then send a 3 hr time slot, then, on the day the couriers rang me, giving me an expected time and they were spot on.
