Homes Partnership provided me with the most wonderful service and level of support all the way through when they sold my property for me. They provided guidance in the initial stages when viewings took place and I needed to decide which offer to accept and the circumstances of my prospective purchaser. The staff are all very well informed and helpful.
I was advised regarding a “Reservation Agreement” and this gave me and my purchaser assurance that the sale would go through smoothly and effortlessly and kept any stress to the absolute minimum - it certainly did from my perspective!
Homes’ Sales Progressor was also extremely helpful, supportive and communicative and in conjunction with the solicitor (who Homes suggested), kept me informed all the way through the process.
I would not hesitate to use them again and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property.

There should be a zero-star option for this place. My stay at 13 Albany Road was one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had.

The property should be inspected by the council for damp and mould issues. The agency is using old and misleading photos that do not reflect the real condition of the house. Do not be fooled by the advertisement.

In reality, the property is dirty, noisy, poorly maintained, and nothing like the “good quality accommodation” it is presented as. I feel completely misled by the listing and would strongly advise others to think carefully before renting here.
