Overall a good experience with Homesure. Dermot and Evie were helpful throughout. Service, communication, and support with the selective license were all solid – though there’s definitely room for improvement. Unfortunately, they couldn’t do much when a tenant pulled out on key collection day, but they remained professional throughout.

Just moved in, the whole process was handled very efficiently and professionally by Cerys which has been massively appreciated.

Recently tried to rent a house on homesure for 12 months, staffs were nice. All verifications underwent on another agency, and communication between them is utterly ridiculous. My renting process Is hindered although I have provided more than enough references. And worst of all No one updated me what was wrong, till I hollered’em up. One agent says something else was wrong and another one claims something else, and on my account on homesure, goodloard, all process are completed. And they bounces me back and forth to deliver the issue. For Renting a property, not recommended, totally wasted my time and money.

Homesure recently let out a flat for me. Cerys was my contact and was excellent. Quick to communicate, honest in her assessments and clear on everything .

Hello , I thought I would write this review regarding a flat my auntie had moved into, besides all the hassle and stress of moving into it , I soon found out that the boiler wasn’t working fully , with one call tjj on a lovely girl called Hayley , on a Saturday morning before 12 , she answered my csll with such professionalism, and trying to guide me through the issues I had on the boiler , she told me she had put a email over to the boiler manufacturer, and someone would be in touch with us , not knowing it would be that quick, a engineer came out within the hour to resolve our issues, also what a pleasant and happy man he was , I think his name was Alan , I know he a London guy if I got his name wrong I do apologise, great service from both parties, we’ll recommended, thanks again mr Guy

Recently transferred the management of our flat in Blundellsands/Crosby from another letting agent due to various issues that were costing us money due to their mismanagement. The transfer was seamless from Homesure under Hayley's management and the following communications have been excellent.

I had such a genuinely positive experience with Homesure Lettings.

When I reported a boiler issue, Cerys was not only incredibly professional and efficient, but also genuinely compassionate and kind throughout. She kept me informed every step of the way, chased responses without hesitation, and made sure engineers were sent out quickly, all while being mindful of my work schedule and doing her best to accommodate it.

She took real initiative, stayed on top of everything, and handled the situation with calm, care, and control (something I’ve rarely experienced with letting agents). What could have been a really stressful situation was turned into something surprisingly smooth and reassuring, in the best possible way.

After over a decade of renting, this level of support and responsiveness exceeded all of my expectations.

Very easy transition in moving into flat, in regards to filling documents, references and access to keys. Michael was very helpful with answering any questions I had, and he was very responsive with any queries I had via email. Pictures of flat were very true to seeing it in real person, and all the rooms in flat is very spacious and fairly clean, and the area has a nice and fairly quiet neighbourhood.

Really easy company to work with, very responsive and overall good experience.

My tenancy was made really easy because of homesure - they quickly replied to emails and fixed any issues quickly as possible. Michael responded to emails fast and I found overall homesure very helpful.
