I bought recently Vitinni Power 1.5L blender mixer. The mixer from its beginning wasn't working at all, I have tried to contact customer service and solve this issue mutually bit no even reply.
Very poor service, also you can't trust this brand, you better of adding few pounds extra and buy normal brand.

I absolutely love the colour of the kettle and the varying degrees of temperature. However, it fails miserably in terms of weight, very cumbersome, no visual sight of water level and with the markings on the inside for min and max it is not easy to determine as the writing is on the wrong side when filling the kettle. Very disappointed as had been looking forward to receiving it.

I bought a Vitinni Stand Mixer a couple of years ago.
I had an issue with one of the accessories, (totally my fault).
This company replaced the item for me and very quickly too.
Customer services were very understanding.
The mixer itself has been very useful, reliable, and done exactly what it was described as.
Consequently I can recommend the company and the appliance.

I took sometime time to write this review. I bough a set pot and pans. The quality for the money is great. The pans are non stick and easy to store as there is a flat side that allows you to store them vertically. They come with lids too.
Here’s the problem: the delivery and customer service.
They have some major issues with the delivery company and they let you do all the hard work to figure it out. I had to investigate myself why the stuff was never delivered and it wasn’t easy. Very time consuming and frustrating. So great product but be ready for a roller coaster experience with the delivery and customer service. It’s a shame as the product is top notch.

I have made a few purchases from Vitinni and on all occasions have received excellent pre sales customer service and quick delivery.

I have the Vitinni Airfryer Oven, Stand Mixer, and 3-in-1 hand blender, so far all gadgets perform impressively.

I trust the Vitinni brand and won't hesitate to buy more in the future.

I ordered a single person coffee maker from Vitinni. It arrived very quickly and it works a treat. It is also very stylish so I’m really pleased with it. Not quite 5 stars as it is relatively more expensive but on balance the right purchase.

Was very impressed with the customer service from Vitinni, both through email and phone call. There was an issue with the delivery of our order which ended up coming in 4 separate deliveries, but their customer service team were more than helpful in trying to resolve. Would definitely recommend. The pan set we ordered is also very high quality and will hopefully give us years of use.

I ordered two items from this company and I was very impressed with the speedy delivery and the quality of the goods. Excellent value for money.

Awful courier service XDP you will not get your item after 11 days of waiting in and Vitinni assuring me we will get it today and two days ago and despite a text from the courier saying he would deliver in 20 mins did Furdeco ever! I had to ask for a refund due to be let down by the courier 3 days in a week. The final straw was another courier phoning on atempt day 3 he said I was taking up too much of his time even by him ringing me now and that he would deliver at 5.30 to my address as he could not find the other address he never came. So 11 days after ordering Vitinni have agreed to refund me as it’s ridiculous & it’s just never going to arrive. As long as Vitinni is XPD as a courier I will not order from them again.

Had a lot of difficulty contacting their customer services - phone often rings out, emails are not replied to. We ordered a food processor fromo them, which when it came seemed good value for the low price but didn't do everything we wanted, so we decided to return it. Eventually got a response from customer services, sent it back (at our expense, tracked) and a week after they received it we're still waiting for an acknowledgement from them that it's arrived, let alone any actual refund.

I first contacted Vitinni on 28th Feb regarding a Barista 15 Bar Espresso Coffee Maker which had given out a pop as I attempted to froth some milk and then the steam came out through the joints in the body of the machine.I have exchanged 5 emails and had 2 appointments for them to collect the machine but they did not show up. "Pablo" of Customer Services has not yet replied to my last email sent on 26th April.

Seamless order and delivery. Single hob well made, surpassed expectations after seeing other similar crappy stuff on the market
