We can see that you purchased five different ceramic water and coffee bottles and this is the first time we’ve heard about a problem with them. It’s very unusual for a ceramic bottle to fall apart or leak, so we would really like to understand what may have happened.

Great customer service
I ordered a replacement cartridge for a water tap on a Saturday, paying £5 extra for next business day delivery. The delivery company didn't get the part to me until the following Wednesday, and Hommix immediately agreed to refund the delivery charge. As it turns out, the part also didn't fit my tap, which was just unfortunate and nobody's fault. I returned the part and Hommix refunded me within the week. Although this really didn't work out, Hommix were very communicative and helpful throughout and I would definitely use them again.

False Promises
Rang on Friday to ask about Hommix Savona Brushed Nickel Pull-Out Spray-Hose 3-Way Tap. Jay took the call to explain the product, and took my email to send a video of the product within the hour so that I can fully understand the product. The email never arrived. I even checked my spam folder. Will look at other suppliers.
