The lingerie is poorly made. The material is terrible— like Shein. Do not waste your time and money on it.
The pictures are all Photoshop and it doesn't look beautiful in the body. It looks tipe.
I had to return it.

They’re very quick to respond. Fixed one of the issues I had communicates great and gets back to you every eight hours to a day. They were kind. And on top of that, their products fit amazing and look amazing.

Purchased an item for Christmas received the wrong size after waiting 2 weeks. Now they want me to jump through hurdles to get the correct size when they could of send the correct size. Honestly easier to cut my loses and leave a review instead.

Will not be purchasing from this company again.

Fantastic products, but the customer service is over and above what I expected. So quick to sort my issue and the resolution was very quick and easy. Keep up the great work guys I wil be back to purchase more for my wife for sure.

My gift for Christmas arrived in time. Due to an issue on post address and in transportation my package was returned to sender and couldn't have been placed under the Christmas tree.

Violet is the best. I had an issue with an order and she took immediate action to replace my order, shipping out the replacement item with next day shipping so that I could make my photo shoot.

Overall I’ve had mixed experiences with Honey Birdette, but once I was helped by customer service manager Celine that all changed. She’s incredible, and truly cares about taking care of the customer. Without her, I’d be an Agent P customer by now. Thanks Celine.

What a great customer service!
I was texting because i had to send a bra from an whole outfit back. It was a bit so small but i. Return i was able to already pic the better size in change.

Received everything direly via Mail and next day with DHL Express Return.

I am going on a trip to italy were i would love to have my better half wearing it but the return usually takes 14 Days.

So i texted Sasha who sent the larger bra out on the same day with DHL Express so i will receive everything just in time. No extra costs and ultra fast.

Ordered a set that was on sale on 11/26. One item shipped right away. After two weeks, three items have not shipped, and they cannot/will not me why. Was supposed to be a Christmas present for my wife but because of the 14-day return policy for sale items, I had to reveal the part of my gift to make sure it fits properly without the rest of the set. It seems that the company is unable to full fill the order and is waiting down the clock for me to finally get frustrated and cancel the purchase.

A big part of purchasing from a luxury brand is the customer experience and this company is missing the mark.

Really enjoyed my experience with Honey Birdette, definitely the sexiest lingerie I have ever seen! The details and quality are great! Their customer support (especially Gigi and Josephine helped me out greatly) is awesome! Got a nice set on Black friday and looking forward to buying something else in the future.

The customer service live chat is super helpful! (and is the preferred method over the email.) Megan, Josephine and Kiki were all very helpful in getting me a solution to my damaged items. The only complaint I have is that I wish the chat feature would have the ability to send pictures because the chat is a lot faster at getting a resolution to issues than the emails but otherwise, I really appreciate everyone's help. Great company, beautiful products, and helpful customer service!

Reached out to Tiffany this morning and was more than happy with her response. She seemed genuinely interested in trying to help me out and I look forward to the results. Will update further once I’ve been contacted by email.

Having been a loyal customer for years, over 35 sets from Honey but this will be my last.

Ordered a set, refunded 4 days later, no explanation, remainder of the order sent (why would I just want the briefs?). Was told inventory issue, so this is the first alarm bell! Told briefs could not be cancelled so ordered another size. 24 hours later told the order was cancelled, and now the items are back to full price! Thought of it as a one off but no, made a 2nd order 4 items, on the 1st of Dec, today is the 9th, no updates from Honey, chasing every day. Told on the 4th the items are ready for dispatch but that was just lies. Item dispatched today, but again, only a partial order, so still missing items from the 1st. The compensation, 20% of your next order. Why would I buy again if I dont have my 1st order yet! You spend 100s of pounds, but the customer service levels are horrific. Will not be returning, advise many of you to do the same.

I had forgotten an item in my order and didn't want to place a new order to avoid paying shipping fees. Tiffany was very responsive and kind in handling my request quickly. The problem was resolved within a few hours. Excellent service!

I was looking for a product whilst the HB sale was on.. I got into a chat with Heather who was super fast and amazing with finding a store that could complete my order..
