I found this company because I was interested in their products. They looked high quality from the pictures, but I cant tell the actual quality & shipping service they provide since I didn't ordered from them yet.

But what I can talk about is their costumer service. I was asking the price from one of their products that peaked my interest. They answered quickly and provided me with the information, but it was unfortunately over my budget, what isn't the fault of their prices.

They proceeded to ask me why I couldn't afford it since I was also showing interest already for another product in 2019. I told them that this is a bit of an inappropriate question since my financial situation didn't got better since then. They then told me that the price wouldn't decrease over time and the price is justified because its handmade, what I never complained about. Their prices where never the problem, but my financial situation is.

I told them again that this conversation is completely unprofessional for a business and that its basically shaming me for not being able to afford it.

At the end I got this message, quote : "Im sorry, I didn't know you didn't like hearing the truth."

I have the email conversation as evidence, but I don't want to make it public since I value their privacy.
