Good product, but was shipped the wrong color shirt. Talked to the owner, very nice, he told me to keep the wrong shirt and he would send a correct one when available. That was 6 weeks ago. No response to calls and email.

I placed an order and was given a shipping notice. Then nothing happened. For a month. I emailed Hook 360, I called, I actually even talked to someone after a month and they said oh that order was cancelled. But still no credit was applied to my card… I eventually had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Super good looking and highly functional fishing shirts. The matching face mask was a real treat and greatly appreciated. You have my business.

Great product, extremely wearable at a decent price.

These are wonderful buffs or gaiters! I have been wearing them for almost 2 years now, daily, and they are really comfortable or breathable. I would definitely recommend Hook360, they make a reasonable and quality product!

I ordered 2 long sleeve fishing TShirts from Hook 360. The XL shirts that I ordered where two different sizes. The long sleeve white shirt is skin tight and the other long sleeve is twice the size.
The other shirt was supposed to be royal blue but it came in dark navy blue.

I emailed their customer service and got no response. I will not be doing any more business with Hook 360 nor recommend to friends.

Product was great. Got a delivery notice from USPS that I had to pay $12 to deliver my package. I tried to contact Hook 360 and got no reply. I payed for shipping when I purchased products then payed another $12 shipping to USPS and never heard a reply from customer service. Very disappointed in their service.

Customer service is very slow and responsive..i like the products but to return and exchange/refund something forget about it.

Received an email that my order shipped on 5/7/21. STILL have NOT received my order. Nor have I received a response from my last email that I sent to them asking for an update on my order. Their LACK of concern and LACK of response is a response in my eyes! I sent an email asking for a refund and haven’t had a response from that one either!! Extremely disappointed in the way they treat their customers!

The sizing was off, and I've been trying for over a month to return the item. I can't get ahold of anyone. I received an email that they would send me a return receipt, but still waiting on that as well.
