I had a bespoke memorial plaque made and the entire process has been absolutely wonderful! Elisha is so incredibly helpful and kind. I am so impressed with this company and the customer service is excellent. It is excellent value for money and I wholeheartedly recommend this company to you.

I ordered a non-standard size slate name plate, with a custom logo. Absolutely superb quality, and exactly as discussed on the phone. Thank you to Elisha for the outstanding customer service , and to the workshop for getting the specifications just right. The plate was extremely well packaged, and quick delivery too.

Beautiful house name plate for my in laws in slate green, with white writing, Times New Roman font. Looks so good! Great price. Delivered swiftly in safe bubble wrapped packaging. Very happy to order from a small business too. Thoroughly recommend!

The ordered sign was delivered on time but was sadly damaged by the carrier. After contacting the company, a replacement sign was sent out very quickly and without fuss. Elisha was polite and very efficient and I would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

I wanted to give a special mention to Elisha who went above and beyond to make sure my house name plate was the right colour. I required it to be off white and I couldn’t find anywhere that did the right colour. Elisha arranged for the colour to be custom mixed to off white and quality checked it before it was shipped. She wasn’t happy with the colour of the first name plate so had it remade. It’s absolutely spot on and I can’t thank you enough, keep up the good work 😊

We had a bespoke house sign created with a delayed delivery time to suit our travel plans. The Sales staff were wonderful, steering us though the design process, and even advising on installation. Finally - it arrived as promised and is spectacular.

We ordered and bought a house name plate from this company recently through Amazon.
The delivery was prompt and the product exactly what we expected. It actually arrived 2 days early, and the packaged was wrapped up very securely so very little risk of break up on the way. Very pleased with the service.

I ordered a Plaque from The House Nameplate Company on a Monday, explaining it was a Gift and was promised a swift completion and delivery.
I had occasion to contact Sales/Customer Service on the next Monday as upon opening the package the plaque was broken.
A replacement was manufactured and delivered the following Friday in perfect order.
This was accomplished with no fuss and with appreciation for the fact that this was intended as a gift.
I call that Exemplary Service, rae today!!

We were really pleased with our garden recycling store - it was much more robust that I expected and is very sturdy. It was helpful to have the screws already in place to ensure they went in the right place. And the extra screws came in useful too! The house number labels to add to the storage bin were a nice touch.
