My order arrived today and it's stunning, the craftsmanship is exceptional. I absolutely love it and it looks so good up on my wall.

Received the sign, lovely slate sign with text recessed and painted, it now looks great on our house.
Delivery was sooner than expected and I broke a screw cover installing it, they posted me some as soon as I asked.
Great service good prices an quick delivery.

Having placed the order, the item was delivered two weeks later. Not to us unfortunately due to the delivery company making a mistake but customer service (Lauren) resolved the issue very promptly, sending a second that arrived the next day. The slate nameplate was well packaged for protection as well as being nice and heavy with good detailing. Happy with the service overall and would use them again. Removed one star due to the item taking two weeks to arrive, not because of the poor service from the delivery company (DHL).

Item ordered, now received and thanks to House Nameplate Company. The envelope was dropped into the mailbox and caught up in junk mail which had been left on a table by a family member. Apologies to House Nameplate Company and MANY thanks for the order.

Just ordered a house name plate thru the company and they were excellent. I wanted clarification of how I wanted the sign produced and they did so speedily and with excellent customer service.
