Ordered a slate clock. Delivered on time and looks great especially considering the price

I was looking to match a slate pet place mat which I bought six years ago from the Pets Made Personal website (a subsidiary of The House Nameplate Company) which does not seem to be active anymore. I couldn't find anything similar on The House Nameplate Company so I contacted them on the off-chance to see if they could help. Within 24 hours I had a reply from a lovely lady, Lauren, who said they would be happy to help. All I had to do was sent a photo of my current place mat, dimensions, details of name etc and hey presto we did the order over the phone. Within a week I received the new place mat, extremely well packed, and an exact match to what we already had. What fabulous service! We have a happy wee dog!

My house name plate has just arrived.
Do not be put off or worried that online it says it has been dispatched. It says this as soon as they get your order which is a bit impossible for it to be ready. It will arrive about a week later.
It will be well worth waiting for.

We are delighted with the slate house name plate from the House Nameplate Company. It looks excellent. When putting it up, I dropped it on stone from shoulder height. I presumed it was cracked. In fact it survived due to the quality of workmanship and materials. It was also well packaged, arrived promptly and had the required screws and decorative heads for the screws (which looked even better). The name plate looks subtle and is very attractive. Great quality materials, perfect engraved wording and colouring. I was therefore very happy to oblige when I read the polite request to leave a review.

I cannot fault this plaque. It looks far more expensive than it was. The quality, wording, customer service and delivery exceeded my expectations. It arrived well packaged with screws and heads to finish it off. I would definitely recommend this company.
