Placed order on 4th July and to date still status showing as processing. Given I was charged £15 fedex delivery I would have expected a much more efficient delivery. Customer service provided no update on whether the goods were despatched so still non the wiser to where my £90 order is.

Recently purchased green slate house nameplate. It arrived earlier than expected and looks fantastic by front door. Finishes off the outside of house, recently painted. Would recommend to anyone who wants quality product at reasonable price.

Ordered a customised name plate for my new garden shed - I mistakenly ordered it incorrectly but when I realised my error I contacted the company - they were just brilliant, cancelled my order, refunded the money immediately and explained where I went wrong - I re-ordered (correctly this time) and this morning I received my name plate. I couldn't be more delighted with it, its exactly what I wanted, arrived well packed and faster than I was expecting. We are restoring a historic, architecturally significant Victorian estate on the East Coast in America and needed 2 truly magnificent signs to affix to the front brick columns. I came across these and fell in love. The home’s name has the word Gold in it, and that made the gold leaf color even more perfect. The slate is a mottled black with gray, which lends a nice dimension to it. We especially love the 3D effect of the lettering. Also, the thickness of the slate makes it look very significant. It has the unique dual feature of looking crisp, clean, and modern (with the perfect gold letters), while still looking traditional and as though it’s always (over 120 years) been there! I AM IN LOVE, TRULY!
