I can honestly say that Howdens in Crayford provided an excellent kitchen design and supply service from start to finish. Staff on site at the showroom were helpful and knowledgeable on all occasions that I popped into the showroom or rang. The whole process from designing the kitchen to ordering and supply happened very smoothly. The delivery occurred on the planned date and all parts were included. The level and standard of communication on all matters was professional and efficient, I don't recall ever having to chase them up on anything.
Anita is the staff member with whom I had most dealings. She was a delight to work with, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and supportive at a time I was quite stressed due to a big water leak that meant both my kitchen and shower room had to be completely replaced quite quickly. She offered good advice, talked through my concerns/worries whilst all the time understanding what I was trying to achieve. I never felt she rushed me or made me feel I was taking up too much of her time. She even handled my, at times impatient, husband who couldn't see why what was behind the cupboard door was important to how the kitchen functioned. Thank you so much Anita, I really appreciated your help and advice.

From our initial meeting with Anita we felt In good hands. Anita talked through all possibilities for our kitchen and listened to our wishes and needs. The kitchen was well planned by Anitaho and drawings were received promptly.
Our kitchen was delivered on time as needed.
Kitchen has now been fitted and we are pleased with the quality of the product.

We've used Howdens for a while now and the service has been consistently great. Orders arrive quickly and without fuss, which makes a real difference when we're working to tight deadlines. They're now our preferred supplier for our FM business and we'd happily recommend them.

She was very helpful and knew exactly what I wanted, I will now be passing on to my customer to review.
