Anita has been great to deal with, came out to measure up, happy to deal with questions and help with designing the product for the space. When I experienced a minor issue with an order she dealt with it promptly and efficiently!
Would strongly recommend.

We had a great experience from the design, delivery and customer support from the Crayford branch for our new kitchen. We used a fitter recommended by Howdens who did an amazing job on installing our kitchen and new flooring. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Howdens was amazing for me. They made it very easy with the design the ordering and delivering all my goods and I will definitely use them again.

I have been using howdens for years for kitchens and joinery,crayford branch especially is great,very knowledgeable and helpful staff,
In particular I’ve just had a project that needed re designing several times and Anita was very accommodating.
Dan and Tom on the front desk know the products very well so get me what I need very quickly so can be on my way.
Products and prices great and competitive.on the rare occasion of an issue very quick to sort.

After the initial design Anita made the amendments we wanted and helped organise the delivery.

We used Howdens at Crayford,and the service we received was excellent. Anita who designed our kitchen was brilliant very knowledgeable , patient and helpful, taking time to ensure we were happy with the design, and when Anita was off, Jay stepped in and was also very helpful. The kitchen looks amazing and the warehouse staff were excellent too, swopping items when needed and nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen is lovely, really high quality and there is a huge amount of choice available.I would 100% recommend Howdens especially the Crayford branch.

I am so pleased with my new kitchen. Anita from Howdens Crayford designed it and would never have thought of some of her ideas. It looks like a totally different kitchen. The store assistant was very pleasant and helped me by getting the door that I required from the warehouse and brought it to my van.
The door was in stock and at a seasonable price.

Getting a completely new kitchen is stressful and can mentally affect individuals. But not when you deal with Anita from the Howdens Crayford office who from our very 1st meeting to the final design was helpful, full of advice and very patient. The whole package which was the design, delivery, recommendations of builder made it all worthwhile. Professional and dedicated young lady.

Anita was instrumental in designing and delivering an absolutely superb quality Clerkenwell kitchen in Howdens Reed Green.
The kitchen is is seamless and my family and I couldn't have completed the renovation without her.

I was looking to add a small kitchenette to the project I was doing, I was also cautious because my finances had run down. My contractor suggested Howdens and i have no regrets. I like the simplicity of their credit line because on the day, I thought i won the jackpot, as I was able to collect most of the order on the day and my project progressed. Special thanks to Dan, His customer service skills were top notch!

Very helpful and patient from the start with excellent communication. The delivery and stock availability was surprisingly good meaning no delays. The way the kitchen came together was spot on! Quality of product good and returning unwanted items was easy. The complete experience with Howdens was first class.

We have been working with Anita for a few years now, we are very comfortable with letting her deal with our clients directly without any input from ourselves. Anita has a great eye for detail and always goes above and beyond our expectations. If we have any questions or need clarification on any aspect of a kitchen order she is always quick to respond with a relevant solution, this also transfers to anything to do with Howdens as a company, we will often contact her directly for any orders of general goods knowing that she will swiftly organise whatever we need. 10/10 Anita. Absolute credit to Howdens !!!
