Dealing with Anita was a pleasure.
She was professional, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.
There was nothing to fault in the service that we received, and nothing we can think of that could be improved.
In Anita's absence, Dan was also very friendly and helpful.
The staff at Howden's are as good as the Howden's products.

Anita Venables provided a friendly and efficient service with excellent communication throughout the entire process. She completely understood our wants and needs and was happy to make suggestions where appropriate to ensure her design would result in a truly functional and beautiful kitchen. We are extremely delighted with the result and am happy to recommend Anita at the Crayford depot without any reservations. A great experience all round!

We received a good service from Anita at Howdens in Crayford she gave us friendly and honest advice with the planning of the kitchen. It has now been completed and we are very pleased with the product and worktop ( quartz). This was also fitted well.
All elements of kitchen arrived with no issues.

We had excellent service from Anita at Howdens in Crayford. She helped us come up with a great design, making several changes as the final room dimensions were different to the original ones, and was incredibly creative in helping us to make the best use of the space, in particular an awkward area where we wanted to put an island! She went above and beyond to help come up with an innovative design for the area tha we are really happy with!

She also helped us to achieve what we wanted within our budget.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Lee at the Crayford branch. He was incredibly helpful and responsive every step of the way, even helping to find fitters for me (who did a great job). Highly recommended.

From start to finish our experience with Howdens was a good one. The plans were created with the help of Anita at the Crayford store. She understood exactly what i wanted and helped me to create a beautiful kitchen. Her attention to detail was excellent and she was not in the least pushing me towards anything. We were given time to decide and she was so happy to answer any questions we had and patiently made the changes we wanted. I would highly recommend Howdens and would definitely use them again

Great service from both Anita and Dan. Anita my kitchen planner made it all very simple for me despite my anxiety about all the decisions to be made! Nothing was ever a problem and they were both extremely helpful and responsive.

We had our kitchen designed by Anita at the crayford branch, she listened to our requirements and designed a kitchen that fulfilled our wishes.
Anita was very responsive and always answered our questions quickly.
She was able to adjust our plans to ensure we kept within our budget but also had the dream kitchen which was very important to us.
The kitchen itself is excellent quality and all the electrical items which are Howdens brand Lamona have all fully met our needs and are very good quality.
Would definitely recommend Howdens to anyone looking for a very high quality kitchen.
