Incredibly helpful - listened carefully to my kitchen requirements . John Lau was extremely professional and drew my kitchen plans beautifully utilising the space to its best potential whilst keeping my budget in mind . Will continue buying my kitchens from Howdens in the future.

Excellent staff, dick is friendly and fast. Jazz is good at fitting problems regarding stock etc.

Bev at the Croydon branch was so helpful, she really knows her kitchens & knew exactly what would work best in my kitchen space.

Beverley was my kitchen designer and it was a first class experience from start to finish. No question or problem was too small for her, Beverley even supplied a mobile contact number to be contactable at any time, I found this very reassuring. Our kitchen was designed to make use of every space and my wife and I are really pleased with the end product.
I cannot sing Howdens praises loud enough, but a really big shout out to Bev.

I had the pleasure of having Jack assist me with the items that were need to carry out the renovations to my property. Olivia was also able to help with one of the fire doors, that was now required because of the changes made, as well as creating my Howdens account. Thanks for making it so smooth.

Walked into Howdens and everyone greeted us with a smile - me and my mum felt like celebrities!

Jack at the front desk was very patient in answering all our questions and also gave us some very useful tips.

Everyone is so professional and the customer care is outstanding!!

We have recently had our kitchen refurbished and we are very happy about the service and advice Bev has provided us. She is knowledgeable about their products and has good ideas anout how to make the most of the space you have. We are very pleased with the results!

We had a top class experience with Howdens Croydon. We had a new kitchen designed by Hannah and it was an absolute pleasure to work with her.

Hannah was super flexible and patient as we were going through the design process, a set of iterative changes, and worked cordially through till the end (as this is our first refurb project).

Her willingness to help and professionalism was second to none, especially in helping us get the best value for our budget (without any judgement!)

It makes a great difference when you partner with someone who puts themselves in your shoes and brings value and focused on outcome.

We had a new kitchen designed by Bev who was extremely quick and efficient and designed a great new look

Howdens croydon branch with Jazz as the manager are great, really great.Never was a time i had a problem without them been very apt in solving the particular problem.They personally treat me with immense care as though I'm their only customer.I have been going to the Croydon branch for myraids of years and will continue to do so.I am not even tempted in the very least to go to another branch outside Croydon.One of the staff named Ashley,will always call to find out how your kitchen project is getting on.While Nemmy will always attend to you at the reception.Wilfred karamoko who designed my last kitchen is just soooo good,while the delivery driver is very helpful in assisting carrying your kitchen inside the house.Now when we talk about managers solving problems,there's no one better than Jazz as times without number she has ran to my rescue in solving my problem instantaneously, and lest i forget Georgia is very good as well.From Mr Osy Mbeledogu.
