Bought watches for wife and myself. Excellent service and very friendly. Altered one of the straps no problem at all.

My husband purchased a watch last month at the Chester branch of H Samuel and the service received was excellent. The young man who served us was polite, helpful and knowledgeable providing the type of service one expects but is lucky to receive as a general rule.

My experience was that the staff treated me with respect, and were most
helpful in showing me just where the earrings were hallmarked. I would recommend H Samuel to others with confidence.

5 pounds for a pair of plastic earring backs is very poor especially as I was able to get a 9 carat gold pair of butterfly backs for 12 pounds at another jewellers

I called into the store to purchase Sterling Silver earrings as I was visiting Chester for a few days and had forgotten all my earrings!! I was able to quickly see the display, available selection and chose a pair at a discounted price. What's not to like. In these Covid times, the store was very safe and my purchase was sanitised before they were given to me. I was therefore able to wear them immediately and did not need packaging. Everything was very safe.

First class service l ordered a plain band wedding ring but when it arrived it was to big l returned it to the store and it was exchanged without any issues thank you to the staff in the Chester store

Excellent service on several times when purchasing engagement and wedding rings, all staff are very helpful and engaging at all times I've been in store and are happy to help with everything you ask.

I simply required a new battery fitted in a wristwatch. My request was dealt with courteously and promptly and at what I considered to be a very reasonable price. My experience would certainly encourage me to use H Samuel for further future purchases

Bought a watch. Salesperson very helpful and patient when altering the watch to fit my wrist.

Jemma who worked in the Chester store was extremely helpful and pleasant. She made our wedding ring shopping experience very positive. Our only issue was with the sticky residue the labels left on the rings was hard to get off so we had to go back to store so they could be cleaned professionally.

I found that the lady in the Chester branch was very helpful with helping me with my girlfriends engagement ring
