I saw Jemma in store today who was fabulous. Made me feel really comfortable, gave great advice and made me feel comfortable to choose which jeweller I would use.

Staff very helpful.
The staff are so lovely in Chester branch. Very helpful & got time for you. Customer service is no existent in most shops nowhere day but H Samuel Chester they are brilliant.
A diamond had fallen out of my eternity ring for the second time & the staff couldn't apologise enough & exchanged the ring for a different ring no problem at all. Thank you so much

All the staff we saw have been great
All the staff we saw have been great. Very patient and polite especially climbing in and out of the display to find the ring. Eventually we picked it up after several delays and wedding postponed because of covid x

After HS changed the battery in my…
After HS changed the battery in my watch, the back of the watch fell off after a few days. I took it back and the back was put back again satisfactorily so far, but the saleswoman said 'The back is very loose you know' as if it wasn't their fault, whereas I had never before had such a problem. So I wonder just what happened and what will happen when the battery neeeds changing again

My husband's wedding ring had gone roo…
My husband's wedding ring had gone too small so we went to H Samuel to buy a new one. We chose the same shop as we did 36 years ago. We paid it was sent by Royal Mail and delivered as promised. Really happy with the efficiency of the store staff
