my order was in before said date which was good 😃 the staff were very friendly and advised me on returns and refunds should my item not be up to standard could not be happier with my purchase and will definitely be going back

Crap service but got the job done
Got in after waiting 10 minutes which was totally fine given the current situation. Once we got in, 2 other customers were served before us. We wanted a mens wedding ring and were told to wait for an sales person. That person ended up serving someone else. Finally a woman came over very abruptly and showed the ring without speaking. It was very weird and awkward, she didnt speak and in turn I had to had ask about sizes and availability. The ring size was correct but the lady was very awkward with us. I didn't enjoy the experience and it was something my fiance and I were looking forward too as part of our wedding planning. I wish I had bought online, complete waste of time coming into store.

On entering store very impressed by the social distance and the way staff dealt with it from hand sanitising to serving me.I was in for some items to send over to Australia for grandaughter also first commuion gift.The first commnion watch was i purchased was well recieved by parents of the boy,they passed comments on it as no one had ever seen this before me included.So H Samuels deserve the 5 star rating and more.Man who served me was very plesant and helpful,had a smile always and nothing was any bother to him.

Shop manageress Ann was my salesperson on the day I visited shop to purchase a wedding band. Was helpful on advising me on the different qualities between the two rings which allowed me to make my final choice.
