I sent in a ring to be repaired as it had broken, an estimate to mend it was agreed. It went back to Clogau and H Samuel staff kept me informed for when it would be ready. Pleased to have it back as it was a replacement for my late mothers wedding ring which was stolen in 2015.

Not bad service but I had to visit 3 times
Not bad service but I had to take my watch there 3 times before they sorted the strap it kept falling apart after a simple adjustment got sorted in the end tho. Never had that with them before.
