Before, I had to keep switching from company to company because I kept looking for a better one. Needless to say, I think I have found the best in HSC and I'm not switching anymore. They have replied the fastest in my opinion. It only took them an hour to set an appointment for my microwave repair and the repair oonly took 15 minutes total! Perhaps it was an easy repair but it was still beyond my own knowledge.

I had my washer cleaned and patched up a few days ago. The people that came over smelled so bad, I couldnt stand near and watch over the repairs. Glad they could handle it for me instead!

I just want to commend the hsc agent who took my call earlier. She explained to me clearly how to file a claim and the transaction went really smoothly. Thank you Jane!

Do NOT do business with these people. They are complete crooks and do not abide by their contracts!

Our air conditioner condensor coil had some leaks which developed and they dispatched their contractor who advised in fact the unit was leaking and should be replaced. He said it was normal wear and tear (which is covered in their contract) and that we should proceed with our claim.

When they received the claim, they claimed it was "physical damage" which is NOT covered under their warranty.

When pressed for an example of what might cause physical damage to the coil, they could not give any explanation. In speaking with the supervisor, Sofia, she advised she had no technical training and could not give us any answers, but that the case was closed and they would not be honoring our claim despite their contract covering the EXACT problem that we were having.

We asked to speak to the person who makes the decisions and were denied as Sofia is apparently the highest supervisor they have and she does not have a boss that she can disclose to us.

Complete and total fraud.

DO NOT spend ANY money with this company. NONE. Not a cent!

Further, if you have, please call to cancel your contract and get reimbursed on a pro rated basis. The money you get back will be better off spent elsewhere.

The dryer's broken and the clothes are dripping. I asked the HSC agent on the phone if they can have a repairman check the unit and see what's the problem. He came two days after and it's now fully repaired. Thanks HSC!

The sales agent who took my call explained to me every single detail of the package I needed to know. As early as now, I feel valued as a client and I feel confident that I'l get what I pay for. I trust them with my whole heart. I haven't ever been in a committed relationship except for my home warranty. It has been 6 solid years with Home Service Club. They have seen my microwave, washing machine, and gutter at their worst but it has all been worth it with the plan I got from them! Wonderful!!!!

The washing machine and dryer both started acting wonky last Wednesday. Repairman arrived as scheduled, two days after I filed a claim. Now, it's as if both were newly-bought. Marvelous work, HSC!

It was never exciting to call for a technician for a broken oven. Especially when you need it for your day-to-day activities. But HSC has this sense of being so accommodating, you'd actually be happy to call them to file a claim. And as before, they got the oven fixed in a day.

As a client, nothing really matters more than efficiency of service. And that's what the washing machine tech from HSC showed yesterday. They were precise with their repair and very skillful in their execution. Proud to be an HSC client and partners with their repair companies.

Household worries never end. Like in my case: last week the oven broke and the other day it was the exhaust. It's a good thing, then, that HSC also offers endless quality service. Both the oven and the exhaust were fully repaired yesterday, thanks to their competent staff.

Home Service Club is amazing! Their customer reps are very easy to talk to and you would really feel like they know what they are advising us to do. Wow!

I would give this less than one star but that isn't an option. I purchased a 5 year warranty from the Home Service Club in July 2019. I had an issue with a microwave and submitted an online request for service. 2 Days later I received an email from Home Service Club asking about the dishwasher problem. REALLY! The microwave fixed itself so I cancelled the request. I was so disappointed with the response time that I cancelled the warranty. That was April 2020. It is now June 2020 and I have not received a credit refund from the company. I have emailed - called - on hold for up to one hour - call disconnected - on hold for another hour - call disconnected. After several phone calls - I was told several excuses... For example, the Home Service Club was contacting the State of Arizona to get approval - to the bank issued the credit and they are looking for a tracking number because I didn't receive a credit. Today is June 16, 2020 and I have NOT received a credit from them. Remember that my account was immediately cancelled / online account was disabled back in April, 2020. Best of luck if you attempt to get service or a refund from this company. I hope your experience is better than mine.

You will never see many bad reviews from The Home Service Club because they will make you take the review out in order for the warranty to take place or even pay you to take it down. First time I took money from them to get the job done and have my policy go into effect, this second time they are offering me $1000 but I am just fed up with it. I call this bribe in order for my policy to go into effect every time I have an issue. They took more than a month to just show some concern about my case that was being tossed from one person to another with no outcome at all and lack of professionalism. For these reasons I am canceling my subscription.

I have now been 28 days without air.....have been getting nothing but runaround and excuses...i have asked 8 times for a supervisor to call....one finally did and after 23 days she said they were going to send another contractor out...has not been done yet....today supposedly another supervisor is going to call to fix the issue....this company is horrible...I do not see how they stay in business....yesterday I filed a complaint with the California Insurance Commissioner....im in California and its HOT!!!

It was winter so we were expecting frozen piping but we hadn't anticipated the damage to be that extensive. Thank God for HSC and their miracle workers! The pipes were all repaired in less than a week. I wish all people are this efficient!

Our broken doorbell looked like someone had smashed it in. I dunno but it really looked like it was irrepairable. My sister, however, thought that HSC could fix it for us. She called for a claim and technicians came to fix it. The repair job's done in like a day! Amazing!

The gutter in my grandparents' house fell! Probably because of lack of maintenance. Since they're already subscribed to HSC, I gave them a call and they went in for the repair. Kudos to them for their fast response!

When my dryer stopped spinning, I knew I had to call Home Service Club ASAP. I wouldn't survive laundry day without it! They sent us two technicians and they had it repaired within three hours.

My little boy called about our broken oven. He was told to sit tight and help will come. True enough, by the time I got home everything was spick and span. My little boy was also delighted watching them get to work. Thanks a bunch!

What a blessing that we just had our plan renewed a few weeks back. Our kitchen needed a major overhaul with our oven and stoves breaking almost at the same time?!
