Their service was great, got the items overnight. One item the micro usb connection was loose and they just sent me a new one.

Great items

ordered the case, received quickly..in meantime phone was changed, upgraded to and htc one and no longer needed case. I received approval thru email for return and refund 5/13/14 #4809 they said would send follow up email and prepaid mailing lable from usps 24-48 hours did not get either, called 5-21 promised would arrived next 2 days, still no follow up email or postage lable,, emailed support center on the 5-23, and again 5-28 no response, 6-4 sent email to htc media support center and htc shop center, while on hold with their 888 # for 20 mins no answer on phone, still no response from htc to take care of situation,,i was going to take refund money and buy speck candyshell for htc one m7 that girlfriend had recently purchased...Instead I took my business elsewhere .i got her a black speck candyshell for the htc one, got her a white one also, obviously from another co, I want my refund... and will never buy anything from this company again! roger shrader

I have ordered two HTC car panel compatible cables. Instead of ordered cables, I have received two HTC car kits without cables inside. All my attempts to recieve desired cables are ignored by the seller!!!

Only place I could find the case I wanted. Great service and fast shipping.

My poor rating is due to lack of communication and responsiveness. This transaction occurred back on October 2, 2013 and still as of February 19th, no response and no replacement of the item. I emailed numerous times and not even a reply back. I understand if I purchased a used item but being sold as new then receiving the item with a smudge, dirty, used item, not acceptable. I was a loyal customer until this last transaction. Certainly not going to recommend to others. I guess I bought myself a used item. Unreal... Can't believe a company would run a business like this. RIDICULOUS!

They had the perfect hard shell cover I was looking for my HTC One. Decent prices and good selection, but shipping could have been faster. Not bad overall. HTC One owners will definitely want to check them out.

This was for a new phone - I'm not sure if it fits older phones but I was pleased to find it available and at a good price. The ability to charge the battery separately from the phone is great.

It took 6 weeks to get my order. I wrote several e-mails and all of them went unasnwered. Paid $25 for shipping which should have cost no more than $10. Only way to get service was to call them. They should have offered to refund my shipping costs. It's a shame because they seem to have cool products.

Got my hard case and pouch right away. Prices were much lower than Verizon Store or Radio Shack. Had great selections.

Seems that if you have a problem with HTCPedia the only way to get any assistance is to post a negative comment on trustpilot. My first email request for help went unanswered. My first trustpilot comment received imeadiate response but 5 days later I have received no resolution response. More than extremely upset with this service.

Ordered overnight shipping, got it second day. Sent e-mail to customer service; it's been more than a week, and no one has contacted me.

The product has arrived, and its working fine.

I bought it from denmark, got the box week after,no troubles.
no exstra fees or problems with delivery.
The box give me ultimate protections against accidents and my kids play with the phone, my nxt phone will also be an otterbox :)

The products I ordered arrived promptly and were as expected. But the courier company (FedEx) sent an invoice for extra charges that were not disclosed at the time of delivery. These charges were for their services in getting the order through customs. So non-US customers be aware that the advertised price and delivery costs may only be the beginning.

The product that I purchased was not as advertised. My HTC has an extended battery and I was told that this charger would work and it does not. It was a waste of my time and money. I do not have any more time to waste.

I was very pleased with my order. It shipped quickly and was priced very reasonably. I will definately buy from them again and will recommend them to my friends.

These folks ship out a product within hours. They are FAST! Standard shipping arrives at my house within two or three days of order. Prices and selection are great. Fast shipping. Website easy to navigate. What else could you ask for? Did I mention they ship fast?
