Enquired about the PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner course yesterday (16th June) and received a call from an employee Hudson within 10 minutes. They opened the call with "bad news, the price is going up in a few hours." By today (17 June) it had jumped from £995 to £1,595, a £600 increase overnight!
I had also been in contact with ILX Group for the same course that same hour. When they couldn't meet my budget, I told them I would be going with Hudson Courses instead. I later discovered Hudson Courses and ILX Group share the same registered address. It's hard not to wonder whether my enquiry to Hudson Courses was flagged internally...
When I pushed back on the suspicious timing of the price increase, they then mentioned the discount had been running for months. So why did it end within 10 minutes of my enquiry?
I asked for the £995 price to be honoured as the price had changed less than 24 hours ago and I had enquired before it changed. They have refused with NO explanation. They instead offered a "20% goodwill discount" which brings the price to £1,276.
Very unprofessional conduct and recommend signing up for a course elsewhere.

From the moment I enquire, Stewart was very good and provided me with the information needed, that did not stop there.....after enrolling on my IASSC Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Course, Stewart is still there helping and guiding me if I have any queries.
Still early days, but I am very satisfied with the service provided so far.

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The team kept me well updated with the status at every stage, so I always knew exactly what was happening. Communication was consistent, clear, and proactive .

Hudson is very excellent.
They were there even all through the Christmas and new year holidays. Roy was there all the way picking calls and telling me how to achieve success in the courses and was picking call even around 22:30 which surprised me as I thought this holiday wouldn’t be possible for me to do these courses but he actually made it possible.

At first, I doubted them and thought they were scam at first like every other shitholes online looking to suck people dry and I had to go and check their reviews and official contacts and calling their office lines and mailing them to be sure I wasn’t talking to the wrong people as they got good reputation.

It’s actually great working with them to achieve success in these courses as I will recommend them every step of the way

Shortly after enrolling, I found myself unable to continue the course but was prevented from cancelling the contract. I was still required to make monthly payments even though I couldn't participate. When I attempted to discuss my circumstances, the operator's response was to laugh, which was unacceptable. It ended up being a significant financial setback for me. Be extremely cautious about your investments. I regret ever beginning it.

Couldn't carry on with the course after a short time and was not allowed to terminate the contract with them . Had to pay every month despite I couldn't do the course. When I tried to explain my situation, I had an operator laughing at me. That was not ok. It has been a massive loss of money for me. Be VERY VERY MINDFUL where you put your money into. Wish never started it.

I didn't take the cyber Security course with Hudson due to an internal opportunity in my company.

However, the adviser who took my calls during my enquiries was very helpful and supportive.

He gives me an advice into details regarding cyber Security course which helps me to navigate easily into the role I wanted.
