Musste viel Geld extra zahlen, weil die keine Warnung haben wie viele Seiten geuploaded sind und man nicht einstellen kann dass man nichts extra zahlen möchte. Sehr blöd alles.
Ansonsten sind die auch echt nicht so genau mit den Markierungen. Also noch verbesserungsbedürftig. Für grobe Informationen ist das okay.

Somewhat useless as it does not read your pdfs properly anyway even how many times you upload and re-upload them. This will just use up your pages with intention to charge you more. Basically, as what others are saying, the intention is to scam you.

If you do not read your pdfs then you would think it is doing a great job but if you know the materials you uploaded you will be surprised the rubbish it produces.

Be careful using Humata. It’s not worth it & you are better off using & paying ChatGPT w/ plugins for pdf. Imagine being charged unexpectedly high where all you do is re-upload and upload in the hope results will change and at least get decent results instead they will charged more and more!

The search functionality doesn't work at all, the logic in any reasoning it spits out is flawed, sometimes it just gets stuck, and sometimes it's more of a random number generator that randomly outputs bits of text and references from my library of scientific papers. Does it really use GPT3, as it claims?

Ein eher unterdurchschnittlicher Service. Macht, was er soll, kostet aber nicht wenig und die KI hat keine Memory-Funktion und eine Zeichenbeschränkung bei den Antworten. Heißt: Sie antwortet nie zu Ende. Wenn man dann sagt, dass sie bitte "continue" soll, fängt sie einfach von vorne an und hackt wieder ab. Bitte beheben.

Cancele mi suscripción y aun asi me cobraron. Les escribí para el reembolso y aun no me responden. Espero respuesta para que me reembolsen, y dejar mis buenas referencias. Pero de momento creo que me han cobrado y dejado de contactar simplemente por que quisieron. Por lo que sospecho que no son una empresa seria.
