5 stars my brother had a birthday and everyone of the workers came to help

They were very polite and kind I appreciate the good service and I will eat there again I will tell all my friends and family to eat there as well

I got a to go order. It was a hamburger steak platter! The meat was chopped up like you would for a small child! Overseasoned with old, slimy gravy and onions. The “grilled bread “ was a hotdog bun burned. The salad was good, the tots like cardboard! Never again!!!

I asked twice now to put grilled onions on my hot dogs and gravy fries and nope they screwed up never ordering anything from there anymore

This was my first time trying the Locust, NC location. It was Awful. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak. The menu stated, onions, peppers, mushrooms and of course the cheese. Well, I got a VERY dry chopped chicken sandwich. No onion, no peppers, no mushrooms, one small glob of cheese sauce in the bottom center of the sandwich. The chicken was very salty and dry. I tried them for lunch so I was hungry and I ate but I will not be a return customer. It was a very disappointing experience. This place was awful. I will not go back and I definitely do NOT recommend.

I’m a chicken sandwich fan so I’ve learned to accept “too salty”. But Hwy55 chicken sandwich takes TOO SALTY to a whole nuther level. Otherwise ok fast food but pretty slow.

So far not good. drinks are nasty.still waiting on my food.😐ordered the chicken strips with fries. Fries were amazing but needed more salt i guess. chicken stripes were under and over cooked. Don’t really know how to explain it but yes. Overall it was like a 3/10 for effort.Also service was horrible.

First time dining with my family and we won’t be coming back. Prices were way too high for the quality of food we received. Chili cheese fries were horrible and tasted like canned chili and had a bad aftertaste. Cheese had sections of jelly like goop that had not quite solidified, but gross nonetheless. Fried pickles were horrible, the batter was salty overkill for being on a salty pickle. We waited almost 40 minutes for our food (we were the only people in the place when we ordered) which was only a child’s meal, and a regular burger meal, chicken sandwich meal, and two sides. Then they brought one of us the wrong meal and when she finally got her proper meal, the rest of us were already done with ours and as she was eating her chicken sandwich, the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way through, so needless to say she didn’t finish it. The $10 salad was literally just iceberg bagged salad with 3 cherry tomatoes and one sliced egg. For 2 regular sandwich/fry meals, one salad, one children’s meal, and two sides, the total was around $45, and that was after they discounted half off of the chicken sandwich. I don’t normally write reviews because I don’t usually have such negative experiences, but this one was just over the edge. The server was polite for the most part, but a teenager who most likely had no experience working in hospitality. I have worked as a server for MANY years and I know it’s a tough job, but she was just over her day by the time we arrived, and again, let me clarify that we were the ONLY ones in there. Of course we still tipped though, because even for lousy service, we still always tip. My kids who were all with us were extremely well behaved, no one was on their phones, and we weren’t rude at all or loud and didn’t make it obvious from our behavior that we weren’t satisfied. We weren’t “those” people. The two young men in the kitchen put together the sloppiest sandwiches I’ve seen in a long time, and as I said, my daughter’s chicken sandwich was NOT even cooked all the way through. . Anyway, just don’t bother with this place. Even the burger was no good. We never usually leave food, but this place was the exception. The serve did, however, give us a card for a free burger, but we gave it to an elderly couple who came in about 15 minutes after we had finally received our food. That was very generous of the server, but we felt it might be better if we gave it to someone else. Again, let me reiterate that we did NOT make any scenes, no one raised their voices, the only thing my husband mentioned was the overly salty fried pickles in which the server explained that they batter is premixed and sent from corporate, which I completely understand, as I said, I have worked as a server sporadically for MANY years. None of the staff was rude to us from what we noticed, and we weren’t rude either. We thanked the server for our meal, tipped, drew a dinosaur on the drawing wall and then left.

I love it here and the food is amazing!!!10/10 recommend

my burger and tots were overcooked today. Took them over 30 mins and I only have 1 hr lunch plus drive time to and from. Tots were nasty, tasted old. Staff is rude. This place doesn't care about the customers anymore. Highly disappointed. Burger was small and overcooked. Manager doesn't seem to care if you try to complain, he sends someone else over instead. Then, they talk about the customer if they report something. Used to love this place and eat her weekly. Last few times dissatisfied with quality. I would rather eat a Burger King or McDonald combo before eating here again.

Attempted to pickup "won free meal" and 2 shakes I fully intended to pay for. The owner said I was trying to get 2 free meals, among other things. SHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! It was like she was trying to make me mad so she wouldn't have to provide anything. She also shut off the review button so she couldn't be reviewed! I WAS a regular customer but not anymore. I had just picked my husband up from dialysis and wanted to get him something to eat...he did not need 20 minutes of crap! Zachary, LA location. Also. If ya'll are going to give "free" promotions on Facebook, SPECIFY WHAT IS BEING GIVEN! UPDATE--that was all my husband had to eat yesterday and this morning he is sick.

Hot inside (no/poor A/C), food leaves a bad aftertaste, fries were lukewarm and soft, soda had a funny taste, service was nice ok. Floors were filthy. At least we had no wait.

Not recommended. Wait for a table somewhere else before you try this place.

My wife has had her knee replaced recently and we have used Grub Hub 3 times this week the orders have been wrong EVERYTIME 1 st time the manager said we had to come pick it up after paying grub hub to deliver the next 2 times the SO CALLED NEW OWNER HAS SHOWN NO EFFORT TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM ANOTHER DIME We have loved Highway 55 for years but they are lost I will not use their services because of the Bratten Drive store Unprofessional discourteous and have no clue about customer service!! I would like to speak to the regional manager

Ordered for delivery. Food not in insulated bag, arrived cold. French fries and onion rings cold and soggy. What a rip

My family and I went to Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes and Fries and they came right over to us and gave us our menus and got our drink order. We ordered food and about 5-10 minutes later they came with our hot and delicious food!

Jeg er glad for vi ikke er de eneste der er blevet afvist PGA. vi kun var 2 personer, vi var på stedet Black friday 2016 og havde glædet til at spise der vi har tideliger været kunder i resturanten, og har talt med ejerne og rost den for deres tilbagevende til Kolding efter deres konkurs på sjælland det skal lige nævnes vi køre fra Esbjerg.
Vi mødte op på resturanten hvor vi straks så 2 ledige borde til 4 personer og et bord hvor kunder var ved at gå vi henvender os glad til servtrissen men får at vide vi kan få en plads i baren hvilket vi ikke vil da vi er på hyggetur, vi kommentere at der er borde ledige men dem kan vi ikke få da det er til 4 personer vi gør resturanten opmærksom på at det ikke er i orden at afvise 2 stk. betalende kunder, dvs. sige for at få plads skal man lyve, og falde ned på deres niveau
Det ville vi ikke så der skal meget til for vi sætter vores fødder i resturanten igen og jeg håber andre vil følge trop der var måske en grund til deres første konkurs, Mvh en skuffet bruger.

Super lækkert spisested

Da vi havde et stop i Kolding på vej syd på i forbindelse med ferie, forvildede vi os ind i Kolding Storcenter og skulle finde noget mad inden turen gik videre. Vi faldt tilfældigvis over HWY55 og blev straks draget af den hyggelige og autentiske diner stemning. Personalet var rigtig søde og imødekommende, maden var rigtig god og det var generelt en rigtig hyggelig oplevelse. Skulle vi være i nabolaget en anden gang vil vi sikkert vende tilbage!

Fantastisk 50'er stemning, vanvittige gode burger samt en super god og smilende service.

Sjov ide, at børnemenuen bliver serveret i en cool 50'er bil - som de kan tage med hjem ;)
