Hybr レビュー

Helpful for finding housing in bristol. Lots of options available. Their staff is always on hand to help. :)

HYBR is a fabulous company. Hannah and the team are enthusiastic, caring and professional. I am a landlady in Bristol and have used the services if HYBR on several occasions. I have been particularly pleased with the tenants they have introduced to me. The paperwork side of things has also been done well and they are introducing guides for student renters as well as add on services like handyman contacts etc which is fantastic. Thank you Anne

Had help from Hannah C and was the most positive and helpful person I’ve talked to during my time trying to find accommodation for my move to Bristol.

After a lot of struggles to find an internship, my recruiter found the ideal company for me to work for. Being part of a start-up company has given me the opportunity to learn and explore new areas in the student letting environment. With the great help and support from Hannah, this entire experience has been great so far! Couldn't have asked for a better work experience.

HYBR have been unbelievably helpful, efficient and professional. It’s a breath of fresh air. I am so relieved I stumbled across them. They are a company that HELPS students/post grads rather than exploits them. I will be recommending HYBR to everyone I know that needs to find accommodation.

Hannah is very professional and can easily exceed your standards. She's very helpful and madr everything very simple and easy.

Hannah and her team at Hybr have been fantastic ! They worked really hard to ensure great student team was assembled, and handled the references and paperwork brilliantly. I recommend them.

HYBR have been nothing but helpful, efficient and prompt, not to mention courteous throughout. The minimum of rigmarole with the maximum of excellent service. Highly recommended!

Hybr helped me and my friend find last minute accommodation after our year abroads were cancelled. They were super helpful, friendly and got us in touch with the landlord for the property we are now renting from. We would 100% recommend!

Very nice responsive treatment from staff.

Fluid and satisfactory communication was their strongest asset.
Special mention to Hannah Chappatte which was very nice and helpful through the process.

Made my life so much easier and found me a great place to stay

It's so nice to come across a company that is not trying to exploit students. And seems very fair for landlords too.

I am a small agent in my own right & look after quite a few student properties for landlords & was somewhat dubious when Hannah from HYBR approached me.
What a Breath of Fresh Air!!
Having been a student herself Hannah asked all the right questions all relevant for renting by students.
I only wanted referrals, we agreed on a costing for Hybr services which was very fair.
Hybr agreed that the rents we were charging was under the market costing & very fair. We put a lot of trust in each other & Wow did our trust work.
Hybr sent me so many prospective tenants I could have let my flats & more.
All the flats I look after were let & signed up by me in just under 2weeks.
I cannot thank Hannah & her team at Hybr enough.
Not only did they send me such lovely students, their costing to me were more than fair & our communication was without question the best I’ve ever had.
Hybr May be new to the student market but the service they provide cannot be faulted. I have no hesitation in recommending them to students that are looking for accommodation but also for the many landlord who want to rent their properties at an affordable & realistic costing.
I will most certainly use them again.

As a student I found Hbyr really responsive compared to other agencies. The agent Hannah tried really hard to help find me the right property for me which I haven’t been used to such attentiveness in my 3 years as a student. Definitely recommend.

Amazing service! So helpful and would definitely use again!!!

Good prices. Very supportive people. Hannah is amazing and responses pretty quick :)

Fantastic experience from start to finish! The HYBR staff were extremely friendly and efficient - all my questions were answered. My rental process was seamless and so easy. I couldn’t recommend more. Thank you HYBR!

The HYBR team have unrivalled first hand knowledge on the student housing market. They genuinely want to help students like me to find a suitable house for my university experience, as they have experienced the stress of the process firsthand. I am really grateful for the whole teams help, they saved me a lot of money and made sure my housemates and I found a landlord we could trust and work with!

Had such a great experience with Hybr when it came to renting my uni accommodation. The communication was super fast and friendly and made a sometimes stressful experience very easy - have highly recommended them to my other friends!
