Great customer service, helped me find my next accommodation really quickly and smoothly!

Very easy renting through Hybr.

I've been trying to contact hybr for multiple properties. I created an enquiry for a house and booked a viewing. They cancelled this viewing and enquiry and did not speak to me about it. I am unable to get in touch with them over the phone and on their whatsapp.

Hybr have made the whole experience of looking for accommodation for my daughter a breeze. After a stressful few days of dealing with other companies I stumbled across Hybr.
I emailed them over the bank holiday weekend not expecting a response but within minutes Levi responded. I then received communication (via Whatsapp) from Jay literally first thing Tuesday morning and we had been scheduled in for a virtual tour of a property. Within a few hours we had the perfect accommodation pretty much secured. We just had to sign the contract etc online and that was it. A very easy process. Thank you for all your help and I will be 100% recommending you.

Honestly Hybr have been fantastic, the process of finding a suitable student house and sorting out issues was very easy. We talked on WhatsApp rather than email which was much quicker & they were able to get a quicker response from potential estate agents/ landlords. Made my life much easier.

I’d send a quick text and they’d sort everything out for me, I highly recommend them.

Jay was wonderful! He kept checking up on how the process was going and spoke with me on the phone several times to answer all my questions. He definitely made the renting process easier as a student.

HYBR have been absolutely fantastic since I started working with them. Very responsive, efficient and they get the job done. Any issues are dealt with immediately and they have helped me with letting over 10 of my properties that have been successful tenancies with no problems. I have a personal communication with the staff which is very helpful as they are well aware about all of the issues related to the properties. They are extremely fair in pricing. I will continue to work with HYBR for the foreseeable future. Highly recommended!!

Although you liaised directly with my agent for most of the process of acquiring tenants, as the Landlord I went from having no tenants to 4 students and then 5 with virtually no input from myself. It couldn't really have been easier.

I was particularly impressed by the way you were able to get tenants even though we didn't have pictures or a finished product to show because we were in the middle of a major refurb

Have been working with HYBR on multiple properties over the last 4 months and they are attentive and deliver on their promises. Sophie, Aram, Harry and Guiseppina have all provided outstanding service, within their different remits. A huge number of pre-qualified enquiries. Can't get better than that.

The team at HYBR are really attentive and offer so much support to students during the renting process - they're always there to help and they go the extra mile. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a place!

Aram worked with the team to put together ideas on how to furnish the room for rent. It was a wonderful job well done. The best customer service.

Andrew was helping me step by step to secure a really good place in London. He was friendly and professional and I will come back to him the next time I'm in need of a place to stay!

If you are at an independent university (i.e. BIMM) I cannot recommend Hybr enough! Small institutes and universities do not have the accomodation offers that red brick university’s can offer which makes it so hard to find housinf. But Hybr supported us thoroughly and i could not fault the housing process once from start to finish.

I need to bring up the Five Star services that I had been received from Hybr. As a new landlord I had been updated & advice professionally by Giuseppina.
In a very short time I had received lots of viewers for my house.
I couldn't recommend her expertise enough. I had my new tenants happily!!

Everyone I've spoken with at Hybr have been extremely helpful and have made the process of finding a flat alot easier!
